Welcome to your beach getaway! Ciboney 2012 is ideally located only a few hundred feet from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach! This lovely condo has a kitchen to prepare a delicious meal, a private balcony, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. With only a short stroll to gated beach access and a prime location in the heart of Miramar Beach, Ciboney 2012 is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

Ciboney Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Its amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, an outside rinsing facility, and a grilling area. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well.

Ciboney is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect beach! The location is amazing — close to everything (just 8 minutes by car to grocery stores, shops, etc.) and walking distance to local stores. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need to relax after a beach day. The showers have great water pressure — which I really appreciated — and the kitchen is equipped for simple meals. Plenty of towels and bed linens for the whole family. It’s also very pet friendly, with nice green areas for dogs. The beach itself isn’t pet friendly, but our dogs were very comfortable waiting for us at the apartment! There’s a sidewalk right in front, perfect for biking, skating, jogging, or working out by the ocean and enjoying the surroundings. 100% recommended!

The condo was perfect for my family of 5. The kitchen could use some updating but it was fine for our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the area and that we were within walking distance to a lot; restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and shopping. The beach was just right across the street and the pool was a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay. Clean, great location and parking was adequate for a bigger vehicle. Had some A/C issues the 1st day but after a phone call it was fixed rather quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this super clean condo. Plenty of room for all with a nice balcony spot. We had everything we needed, plus Roku was purchased and installed for us, which was much appreciated. Washer and dryer were awesome. Linens and towels were professionally cleaned. Our stay was great. Beach was literally like a 3 minute walk. The place was clean and we were walking distance from gift shops and restaurants. Definitely would recommend if your trying to vacation on a budget.

The condo was nice. Everything was clean when arrived. Appliances and kitchen are dated but everything worked well, didn’t plan to spend much time in there. Washer and dryer worked well. Good water pressure in showers. Check in and out was a breeze. Quick walk to beach and easy access. Loved the area and will definitely be back again.

Great location!

Great location - we didn’t have a beach view but were right across the road. Very close and easy access. Rental was clean, refrigerator was old but worked fine. Minimalist with decor but that wasn’t why we were going to the beach. Prompt attention to our questions and very pleasant to work with. Would stay again!

Nice space close to the beach with a pool. This is exactly what we were looking for, even though the pool was pretty basic, the beach was our priority. We looked at other places with resort style pools, but they were a bit further to the beach. This place is a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, even with 2 children and an infant. There are steps that lead down to the beach so that was a small pain point as we had to carry our wagon down. But the beach was beautiful! About a 5-7 minute walk to Pompano Joe's which has some amazing food. It is on the 2nd level, but they provide an elevator and luggage carts so it wasn't too bad. It could use some upgrades, including a refrigerator with a water dispenser. There also weren't any basic kitchen amenities such as salt, pepper, coffee/coffee filters, cooking spray/oil. Overall, we felt it was a great value, great location and would stay again.

As advertised

Everything in the condo was clean and functioning. It was pleasant to sit out on the balcony and listen to the wind rustling in the palm fronds. RealJoy was friendly and responsive when I called to let them know that something needed to be fixed, and it was taken care of quickly. The window in the smaller bedroom really needs a curtain put up as the lights outside shine brightly all night through the spaces in the Venetian blind. I like that check-out instructions were clear.
