Churchill By The Sea is a 3BR/2BA condo in Seagrove Highlands, just off Hwy 30A. Located minutes from Seaside, this condo features a bright, open floor plan with new flooring in the main living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in balcony that looks over the community pool and lake! There 's a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the first guest room, and a twin over full bunk in the second guest room, sleeping up to 7 guests comfortably. Seagrove Highlands is a gated community nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach. This well-appointed community is within walking distance to the beach and includes a community pool, grilling area, basketball hoop, and masterfully landscaped grounds with an adjoining lake and dock. There are also numerous shops and restaurants located just minutes away all along 30A in Seagrove and Seaside. Enjoy lasting memories by making Seagrove Highlands your next vacation destination!

Seagrove Highlands is centrally located on 30A with a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Good stay!

Great condo experience. Very clean, ample space, loved the pool, good restaurants nearby.Only downside was that they accidentally gave our room code to another guest who walked into our property the same day (it was ultimately our booking but that was very frustrating). They gave us a wine basket as an apology.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this property, everything was as listed and perfect. Only feedback I have would be that it would have been nice to know that the beach was not handicap accessible unless you drive to the public portion. Made it a challenge the 1st few times and would benefit some other family to list that beach access is only by stairs. Other the. That everything was perfect!!! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Wonderful Vacation spot!

Our family loved the location! It was an easy walk to the beach. There were showers on the board walk & at the condo gate entrance. We enjoyed the pool & the bikes. My daughter & I rode bikes every day. The condo was comfortable!

Great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the 30A. The property was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great when we were done with the beach for the day. Great getaway

We had a good stay at Seagrove Highlands. The location is good and easy to get to the beach. The bikes are a plus. We ride bikes everywhere. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. I would recommend this condo. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot!!

This was a great spot! Very clean and spacious. Worked perfectly for us and our two young kids. It was too cold to use the pool, which was a bummer, but we could see it from our deck so it is a great location for that! We drove to the beach, I think you could walk but it would be a jaunt, especially with young kids. Quick drive and we got lucky with parking both times-went late morning. Thanks for everything, we would highly recommend booking here!!!

Clean and convenient.

Churchill by the Sea was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. The beach is a .4 mile walk so you may want a cart for chairs, umbrellas,etc. it is a 2-mile bike ride to Seaside - very convenient! Make sure to bring extra TP and coffee filters, as these are not provided. We fully enjoyed our stay!

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides only a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper.
