Great condo experience. Very clean, ample space, loved the pool, good restaurants nearby.Only downside was that they accidentally gave our room code to another guest who walked into our property the same day (it was ultimately our booking but that was very frustrating). They gave us a wine basket as an apology.

We had a wonderful time in this property, everything was as listed and perfect. Only feedback I have would be that it would have been nice to know that the beach was not handicap accessible unless you drive to the public portion. Made it a challenge the 1st few times and would benefit some other family to list that beach access is only by stairs. Other the. That everything was perfect!!! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Property had everything we needed as a family of four plus grandparents. Better than advertised! 5 min walk to the beach and handy gas station. Enjoyed the nearby restaurants in walking distance. Bikes were a great bonus! We will be back.

Our family loved the location! It was an easy walk to the beach. There were showers on the board walk & at the condo gate entrance. We enjoyed the pool & the bikes. My daughter & I rode bikes every day. The condo was comfortable!

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the 30A. The property was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great when we were done with the beach for the day. We had a good stay at Seagrove Highlands. The location is good and easy to get to the beach. The bikes are a plus. We ride bikes everywhere. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. I would recommend this condo. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great spot! Very clean and spacious. Worked perfectly for us and our two young kids. It was too cold to use the pool, which was a bummer, but we could see it from our deck so it is a great location for that! We drove to the beach, I think you could walk but it would be a jaunt, especially with young kids. Quick drive and we got lucky with parking both times-went late morning. Thanks for everything, we would highly recommend booking here!!!

Churchill by the Sea was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. The beach is a .4 mile walk so you may want a cart for chairs, umbrellas,etc. it is a 2-mile bike ride to Seaside - very convenient! Make sure to bring extra TP and coffee filters, as these are not provided. We fully enjoyed our stay!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by not having more supplies. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides only a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper. We had a wonderful stay and the condo was very nice and clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear people walking upstairs all the time. We brought a sound machine and it helped a lot and couldnt hear anything at night. Would stay again!

Our family of 2 adults and 4 children aged 4-9, thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Everyone has their own space. We biked to the beach and seaside town center every day. The 2 included adult bikes saved us money on bike rentals. We hit the pool (with umbrellas) after getting burned the first day....reapply your sunscreen! The unit had everything we needed! Thank you! We WILL be back!!
