Escape to this charming 2BR/2BA condo in Miramar Beach’s Chateau La Mer II — just a few minutes’ walk from the emerald waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf! Unlike many units in the complex, this retreat features updated interiors, bright coastal décor, and all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Guests love the easy ground-level access and quiet setting, while still being close to the community pool, tennis courts, and grilling area.

With space for up to 6 guests, this condo is ideal for families or small groups looking for both comfort and convenience. Spend your days at the beach, enjoy local dining at Pompano Joe’s or Captain Dave’s, then return home to relax on your private balcony with a glass of wine.

Chateau La Mer Condominiums is a low-density two-story complex across the street from the beach between Miramar and Destin. Vacation rentals at this complex feature a pool, tennis courts, outdoor grills, lawn area, clubhouse, and private access to the beach. It's located along a walking/bike trail. You can walk a short 150 yards to Captain Dave's on the Gulf and the gorgeous beaches across from Chateau La Mer.

**1 Dedicated parking space in front of unit**You will find (2) REALJOY parking passes in the unit upon arrival. Place on the dashboard of their vehicle. 1 assigned parking spot that is right outside the property and 1 in the overflow area.

Area Attractions:

Convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets for shopping, and the fabulous Grand Boulevard Town Center with restaurants, art, movie theater and upscale shopping, plus the adventurous activities for kids at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This location is loaded with enough activities to please your group!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautiful pedestrian-friendly area boasting over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theatre, and soon launching City Food Hall and Top Golf!! (May 2022) This is a great family venue that hosts many community festivals and where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Everything was great, very comfortable felt like home!

Loved the property I didn’t like the parking. If there was lot numbers for each property, then that’s where you should’ve been parking. Had to find a parking spot every time we came back.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break trip to Destin. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and laundry were convenient. Highly recommend getting groceries delivered to the condo. The heated pool was great, and easy walk to the beautiful beach. Definitely don’t forget to bring your own beach towels, umbrellas, chairs. We will definitely be back.

The stay was amazing, it was within walking distance from the beach, and the driving distance to retail/grocery stores wasn't bad either. The host is incredibly responsive, both via text and phone calls, and make it their main responsibility to answer your every question, which is nice. All-in-all, I would 100% recommend staying at any place sponsored by RealJoy Vacations in the future, and will be staying with them myself in the months to come!

The condo was wonderful. It was comfortable, clean and has a great kitchen…we cooked breakfast every morning. All 3 of the beds were good, as we all slept very well. The area is quiet and a bit of a walk to the beach access but the weather was so beautiful, we enjoyed the trek. The host was fantastic and texted at least once a day to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
