Such a nice place to stay! Pictures were accurate and so close to the beach. We had an issue with the front bathroom and the host got back to us quickly and resolved the problem. Thank you for allowing us to stay the week. Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Chateau La Mer! The location was perfect — quiet, relaxing, and just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation.One of our favorite parts was having a fully equipped kitchen so we could prepare meals exactly how we wanted instead of eating out for every meal. It really made the stay feel comfortable and convenient.The area was peaceful, which made it easy to truly relax and unwind, yet still close to restaurants, shopping, and everything Destin has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable beach getaway!

This was one of the best stays I have ever had! From the location that it is from the beach, to the cleanliness of the property and house to the pool everything was exceptionally nice. We were close to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were nice and comfy the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal and parking was right outside of the condo.The beach location for this particular condo was a private beach location with a coded gate entry right on Miramar beach. Captain Dave’s restaurant is a 3 minute walk and had delicious food would definitely recommend trying them. We will rebook this one again!

The condo was just the right size for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach, nice pool (the jellyfish scared my daughter off the beach). Overall, we had a great week long stay and would for sure book this condo again.

The house was perfect! Clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk to get to. Clean and nice beach that is just for guests nearby. Don't be like us and pay for an umbrella and chairs, it truly is free. Found that out the last day... Just mention to the employee that your condo number! The house is super nice and fairly comfortable beds. RIGHT NEXT TO THE POOL! Which is super clean and nice. Washer and dryer are somewhat small, prepare for a few loads a day if you have the max 6 people. The kitchen has TONS of dishes! Super impressed with the condo, would come again.

This was our 14th year of coming to Destin for a family vacation. We always stay in/around Capt Dave's restaurant. This condo was the perfect location, great pool size. Very welcoming when we arrived and clean. Good communication from the property managers throughout the stay via text. Nice to have a number available if needed. Will definitely stay here next year. We stayed at the last property we use to come down to for 11 years, this a great replacement. *note there is NO Keurig (I would suggest the property provide this) instead of a regular coffee pot.

Took my sister and her friends on a trip to the beach. The property was great, and communication was very easy with property managers. The walk to the beach is SO easy, and the seasonal chairs are great.

house was as listed on website, didn’t have no issues checking in. The place was next to the beach not far walk, could use some laundry detergent for quick wash. I had to buy my own and left a whole box, overall it was great.
