Welcome to Celadon 302 a beautiful 3 bed/2 bath condo. You'll have excellent views of the stunning Gulf from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom! Relax with your favorite beverage on your fabulous private balcony. Enjoy views of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. With a king-size bed in the master and an attached bathroom, you will be able to rest well after a long day at the beach. For more sleeping rooms, there are two additional queen-sized beds in the guest room and twin bunk beds in the bunk room. This condo sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Celadon Beach Resort also features amenities such as indoor and outdoor heated pools with sundeck, a kiddie wading pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, a tennis court, a grill area, a covered picnic area, and a movie screening room. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, every month. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Celadon Beach Resort boasts 23 floors and is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico where you'll enjoy access to beautiful beaches, living rooms, and master bedrooms that face the Gulf and boast spectacular views. Absolut tolle Lage im 3. Stock direkt am Meer. Vor Ort hat es einen an nichts gefehlt. Nach der Buchung wird man mit Nachrichten& Mails vom Maklerbüro überhäuft (kurzfristige Buchung) Über den Booking.com Chat wird leider nicht reagiert. Leider wurde erst auf telefonische Nachfrage jeweils der Türcode als auch der Parking Pass mitgeteilt. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber den Aufwand als europäischer Gast ohne Handynetz hätten wir gerne vermieden.

WHAT CAN I SAY?? if there was a 10 star review they would get 10 stars. first off, check in/communicating was fast! always answered quickly. i am one to read reviews and the reviews is why i chose this place. and what a good choice that was!!
white sandy beaches!! emerald, clear water! wonderful rental!! had everything we needed!! we cook when we go on vacation and i think we had everything that we needed to do so. and the view?? spectacular!! 3rd floor was just right! the room seemed to be soundproof. didn’t hear stomping around upstairs. no talking they the walls. was just a wonderful week!! would highly recommend choosing as your vacation getaway!!I definitely want to come back. as a matter of fact if it wasn’t for work i would have stayed longer😊

Family Vacation 2025

It was difficult first to find the parking lot. Thought there would be a person to tell us bec. of the barcode we paid online. Called Realjoy, the lady wasn't much help. The Condo itself smell bad from the cleaning products they used. We got used to it. Dryer door we have to taped up or it will open in the middle of being used. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and near Pier Park. Over all we had a great trip. Thank you.

It was a nice and warm stay. Right next to the beach with jacuzzi and heated swimming pool. Away from the busy local places but everything is also really close. Very close to the pier park. We loved the stay, My family’s 1st trip to Panama City, & it won’t be our last. My Wife loved the bed, my children loved the view & I loved the beach. Even with the threat of a hurricane, We had a ball, it’s prime location, close enough to get to every you would want, but far enough away to feel like you had the panhandle all to yourself!

Perfect gulf coast views from the master bedroom and living room! The condo was as described in the photos and easy to access upon arrival. Plenty of space for my family and I and fairly close to the activities we had planned . The host was very attentive and responsive to any questions i had during the stay. Smart tvs throughout the home would be a great addition for future guests. I do think the parking is a bit expensive for guests staying only 3 nights, which is the same price for a 1-30 night stay, but this is no fault of the hosts! Would definitely book again

Spacious enough for our family of 5. Comes with chairs and an umbrella for the beach along with beach chair service for 2. Beach access is accessible and close to the condo. We liked that the property has 2 pools so there is always room. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Was a very nice condo and had chairs and some beach accessories which made it nice to not have to haul any on the long trip. Door code I was given via email didn’t work when I got to the door but I called the number listed on the door and they immediately got us a code and got us in.

Great place! Good sized balcony right in front of the beach! Enough room for our family. The beds are firm but comfortable. The condo was really clean. There's some umbrellas and beach chairs in the condo to use on the beach. And it's easy to get down to the beach. The elevators can be a little slow but being on the 3rd floor makes it easy to take the stairs. RealJoy is quick to respond and fix any issues. There was a small issue with a toilet handle when we arrived, we sent a message that evening and they had someone there in the morning to fix it. No other issues. We really enjoyed the place!

Girls trip
