Welcome to Cassine Way 303 – Seagrove + Sunsets, a stunning condo at Cassine Station in Seagrove. One of the standout features of this property is the balcony where you can hear the soothing sound of waves crashing on the Gulf. As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living space, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony, all filled with an abundance of natural light. The beautiful master bedroom boasts a King bed, while the hallway features Twin over Twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Cassine Station, although lower density, is part of the Cassine master development and offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, a basketball court, and a sunset viewing deck. It is within walking distance to many of Seagrove's most popular restaurants, a 5-minute bike ride to Seaside, and short walk to the beach. There are a few locally owned and operated businesses on the first floor including an ice cream shop, walk-in doctors' office, and more. Come getaway for a fabulous vacation at Cassine Way 303.

Area Attractions:
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Seagrove, and this condo was perfect! It was spotlessly clean with more than enough space and all the amenities & extras. You can see and hear the ocean right outside the front door, and the back balcony is very private and cozy. Also, the king sized bed is insanely comfortable! There are remote controlled ceiling fans throughout the unit, and extra linens in the bathroom closet. The decor is modern and clean but still very warm and inviting. The location is as convenient as it gets, literally a crosswalk away from the beach. Beach access has stairs as well as a ramp, which makes it super easy to access with carts/wagons/coolers, etc. There is a seafood place very close by that offers take-out seafood boils you can cook at home; they’re simple and delicious, highly recommend!
I’ve been vacationing in Seagrove since I was a kid, and I can tell you this place is a fantastic choice! I’m not sure what more you could want.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! This was our first family vacation in a few years and RealJoy made it one of our best. The condo had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised to find a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a extra boogie board. The kids loved the bunk beds and the king bed was perfect. Several restaurants on either side of us and the beach access was right across the street. We can't wait to come back here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Walk2Beach-Pools-Cassine Way 303 Seagrove+Sunsets. The size was great for our family and just as pictured in the photos online. We had stayed in the area previously and liked the beach access literally across the street. You can hear the surf from the balcony. RealJoy was very responsive when we had questions and easy to work with in preparation for our trip. Would highly recommend!

I took my teenagers daughters for spring break, the place is neat, zero complaints. I let my daughters walked to the amazing Sea side town just a mile away while I prepared our dinner and they had a blast. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. A very private balcony, super comfortable beds. But the three of us crashed on the sofa bed the first night and felt asleep watching movies. The beach is across the street! There is a delicious ice cream and pizza place right next to us, boutiques on the first floor, gas station around the corner, Publix about a mile away. The place and location was worth every penny and super affordable. I highly recommend it 😃

This place is perfect!! We just had a 4 day baby moon and we really enjoyed how clean it was, and the location was amazing!! Right next to restaraunts and the beach is across the street! They even have beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a wagon!
