Welcome to 30A Blue Sky Breeze a gorgeous beachside unit at Cassine Station in Seagrove. Located in the low density complex of Cassine Station. One of the hallmarks of this beach home is the expansive balcony where you have gulf views and can oftentimes enjoy the sounds of waves crashing. Upon entering this home, you are greeted by an open floor plan in view of the kitchen, dining room, living room and porch, with abundant natural light. The master bedroom with a king bed, the guest room with 2 full beds, and the bunk room with a twin over full bunk, the baths also offer a plentiful amount of space, providing that much appreciated peaceful evening after a nice day on the beach. Cassine Station, although lower density, is part of the Cassine master development and offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, basketball court and a sunset viewing deck. It is walking distance to many of Seagrove's most popular restaurants, a 5 minute bike ride to Seaside, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are a few locally owned and operated businesses on the first floor including an ice cream shop, walk-in doctors' office, and more. 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great stay! Can’t beat the location. We loved the wrap around porch and communication with was needed to bring - beach towels, extra toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap was appreciated!

The condo was a short walk from the beach, about 2 blocks. The space looked just like the photos, everything was clean and a large space. The listing stated there we had access to 2 pools but we never saw them, to be fair we didn't look that hard

We had an amazing stay while we were in town for part vacation/ part house hunting!! Everything was clean, the house was fully stocked and truly in the best, central location to everything. This was our second time at this location. Everything was great except they didn’t leave a garage bag in the kitchen garbage. We knew we would have to buy some but not starting off with one wasn’t cool. The washroom had a smell but other than that everything was fine.

The condo’s location was perfect. The beach is right across the street and the pool is even closer. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our bikes and there is a bike rack by the parking lot where we locked them up. It’s an easy bike ride in to Seaside and we enjoyed riding to the different nearby coffee shops too. RealJoy was amazingly prompt at answering our questions during our stay. When the AC was having trouble keeping up with the heat, they sent someone out to check it. They found that the AC needed replacing and then the owner kindly compensated us for the time we had to be out of the condo.

The place was great! Everything we needed was there. It was clean and very spacious. Only concern we had was the door to the balcony in the living room wasn’t locked when we arrived. We tried to locked it but it wouldn’t lock with us staying three floors up it wasn’t really an issue. We messaged Real Joy, the response was quick. She said she would have maintenance to come to check it out in the morning. Other than that the stay was great, we will definitely book again!!
