Cassine Gardens 112- 30A Imagine Ocean

We came wanting to stay in this area of 30A. This is perfect to walk to beach, or even dinner. It’s not too congested for 30A. We came in super late after our drive from Kentucky. No issues, easy to open front door. Everything was as the photos shared on listing. This space is perfect if you planned to make meals, we did not cook but the kitchen essentials were all there. Love that they have all the essentials for coffee, a must have for me. The decor is clean and beach theme. This rental had two bikes we did not use them as my son had an injury. This unit has two patios one from living room and master bath. Two and half baths and who knew we needed all that, but it helped with us getting ready. Bathroom in smaller bedroom can also be used for bath if you have younger kids. Washer and dryer can be found in lower patio closet. Lovely grounds, nature paths, boardwalk with beautiful view and a pool that feels almost private and tennis courts. Great area and restaurants and shops close.

Great location! Plenty of space for 6 of us! Everything you need is there.Only couple items that I thought I would mention just so others are aware…nothing that would make me not stay here again!1. Upon arrival I thought the floors on the first floor had not been cleaned, however it’s just stains on the floor. I tried cleaning just in case!2. Bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen and living room upstairs, again no big deal but I must have been confused on looking at pictures!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the best parts was how convenient it was — just a quick walk across the street and you’re right on the beach! Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it so easy to relax and enjoy our trip. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

We really enjoyed staying here (3 adults and 1 kid)! The place was nice and clean and easy to find. The washer and dryer being outside was a little inconvenient (mostly bc it was so hot/humid outside) but not a big deal. The bikes were great to have included and the distance to the beach was nice as well. We were able to walk or bike all along 30A and it was a lot of fun! The host was very communicative and also proactive in all the communications which was nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse is about a 5 minute walk to the beach! The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen items to bath linen.
We originally planned on renting umbrellas and beach chairs from the beach vendors after seeing the high price we used the ones at the townhouse and it was wonderful! There were even some beach toys in the townhouse. The location was really nice and we used the bicycles to get dinner.
RealJoy was quick to respond with any questions or needs. We would love to stay here again!

Great little hidden gem! It’s nothing fancy - definitely an older condo, but this was in a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach was SO fast. There are two neighborhood pools, an ice cream shop, a few restaurants super close by, and some cool little walking trails. We got by without a rental car - just rented bikes for the kids, and it was perfect!

I loved that it was clean, comfortable, modest, well-stocked and in a great location with nice community ammenities. It was not too fancy or too worn. It was exactly what we needed. We had a great visit to the area and were sad to leave. I did not like that the added fees nearly doubled the advertised cost. The nearby construction and 30A road noise were noticeable in the early morning for those sleeping in the master bedroom.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the refrigerator/freezer ice maker was making a knocking noise and didn’t make much ice. Also, the kids bathroom sink was slow to drain. Very nice condo with great location! The unit was furnished with comfortable beds, large TV in the den and another one in the master bedroom, well equipped kitchen and was walking distance to several food places (we liked the Perfect Pig). The kids were able to ride bikes and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and having a pool. Great place!

This townhouse is in a great location and neighborhood, easy access to the beach and near some of the best restaurants. The pools and nature trails are a wonderful bonus. Having ensuite bathrooms makes vacationing with children or friends so much more convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Location of this condo is amazing! Easy walk to the beach, several restaurants, and a nature trail! Each bedroom has full bathroom attached so that worked great for my best friend and I to bring our kids. The pool is lovely. We went in October and decided it’s the most perfect time of year so we plan to return this October. Can’t wait to see the renovations that were done this past year!

The place was clean and fresh! A perfect stay for our family of three. It is soooo convenient for the beach! The townhouse is located 5 min away walking distance! We had a fantastic stay!
We had some internet issues, but it was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The host is very responsive and keen on getting thing resolved quickly.
