Welcome to Caspian Blue Cottage and Carriage House, a beautiful coastal retreat in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community along Scenic Highway 30A! Perfect for multi-family vacations, family reunions, and group getaways, this combined property accommodates up to 20 guests, offering plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy the coast. The main cottage features an open-concept living and dining area and a gourmet kitchen with Calacatta Gold quartz countertops, marble backsplash, premium KitchenAid appliances, a gas range, custom cabinetry, and a wine fridge. The separate carriage house offers its own living area and kitchen with designer finishes, providing extra space and privacy. Dining options include a spacious table in the main cottage, plus seating for eight in the carriage house.
The main cottage features five bedrooms, including three king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and an oversized bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk. The carriage house adds a private bedroom and full bathroom, making the combined property ideal for larger groups. Relax on the wraparound screened porches, fire up the grill, or enjoy the community pool just steps away. There are four bikes included to make exploring nearby beach access points, local restaurants, and the charming coastal communities along 30A easy and convenient. With two fully equipped kitchens, spacious gathering areas, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, Caspian Blue Cottage and Carriage House offer the perfect setting for an unforgettable 30A getaway, with room for everyone to come together and spread out in comfort.

Area Attractions:

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

“The Hub” is the incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby.  The Hub offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes; a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
