30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, it provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here!

Grayton Beach is a funky, free-spirited town where you will find quaint historic cottages next to modern beach homes. Among the curving live oaks you'll find this unique beach town dotted with coastal dune lakes and bounded by Point Washington State Forest and Grayton State Beach Park. Explore clever artwork from local artisans and several local dining options. There is a laid back vibe here that may be explained by one of the local bumper stickers that says, "Grayton Beach: Nice Dogs, Strange People". Unusual and eclectic, this is a beach town you will not want to miss.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay was excellent. It is a beautiful property. The only disappointment was the mildew that was quite bad in the Master shower. There was also mildew in the guest room shower. That is a problem that would be easily fixed and that we didn't expect in such a beautiful place otherwise.

This location is wonderful! Close enough to ride your bikes all over 30A. The amenities are great too. The pool was lovely and just steps away from the house. The house was spacious and clean, I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful place that’s only 5 minutes to Grayton Beach and 10 from Seaside. There is a shuttle parking lot very close by to save the walk since there isn’t much public parking near the beach.

Lazy days in Grayton

The house we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and more. New appliances, gas stove, a big master shower and soaking tub. Eveyone loved their rooms and the house in general. We all said we would love staying there again. If I had a complaint, it would be how tight the parking was. We had a full size SUV and it made for a bit of a challenge.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, but still close to everything we needed. We especially loved the comfy bed, outdoor patio. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was very clean ! To get inside the house put the door and house code together! Pool is a 1 min walk from the house! Grayton free shuttle bus access to the beach is a two min drive ! So many restaurants and shops close by! Rosemary and Alys beaches are less than 15 min drive. If you have any questions call the number for a quick response! I would definitely book this place again!
