Casa del Mar

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! It was spacious and nice and each room having their own bathroom was key. We were able to walk into downtown Rosemary to all the cute coffee shops and rooftop bars. The beach access was also a 5min walk. The one downside was that the sun sets on the front of the house therefore the backyard starts losing sunlight pretty early in the afternoon, we were surprised by 2pm when we couldn't lay by the amazing pool in the sunlight. Just something we wish we knew so we prioritized getting to the pool earlier in the day to enjoy it in the sun. Overall it was a great stay!

Fabulous location for a bachelorette party! The house was plenty big for 7 of us and we spent a ton of time in the pool (it was SO warm!). Host was very quick and easy to get in touch with. Note to travelers - the rental comes with a small amount of essentials to start with (toilet paper, trash bags, etc) so plan accordingly! Would stay here again.

Fantastic property. Family of 8 adults, one infant, and one young child. Safe for the kids (door alarm on the door going out to the pool, generally child proof indoors). Easy to navigate for older grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk into Rosemary Beach town center for food / shopping / activities. 4 beach chairs available to carry down with you. We also bought a beach umbrella & left it on the property for future use. Bikes are great! Beds comfortable, plenty of space for everyone, clean. TV worked well. Plenty of cozy blankets to sit outside on the wrap around porches in the evenings & read. Opted to have the pool heated, which was great for the rainy days because it was warm enough to swim. Loved that we had more space in Inlet / Pinecrest than you get in Rosemary.

We truly loved staying here! We have a growing family… babies that nap… and this house was perfect. The pool was used everyday… two and three times… up until bedtime! The beach was an easy walk down the boardwalk. The outdoor table seated all of us… we would walk and grab dinner to go in Rosemary…
And the clean up was easyyy!

Definitely a five-star! Our family of seven especially enjoyed the use of the bikes, the private pool, and of course the 6-minute walk to a beautiful beach, complete with the large blue umbrella and chairs already set out daily for us. Also the en-suites for four of the bedrooms (6 adults) were greatly appreciated. Would stay again if we ever get back to Rosemary Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach! Definitely a great place to relax after a day playing and riding bikes! There was som road noise from the highway— we had a baby with us or we really wouldn’t have noticed otherwise! The pool in the back was great to kick back in the evenings and the rocking chairs on the veranda were wonderful to watch the rain on our last day!

FIVE STARS!! Positioned between Rosemary and Inlet beach, just at the end of 30A before merging with Hwy 98. Excellent location for a short bike ride or walk to shopping and stores in Rosemary. Short walk down a shaded boardwalk and side street to the beach. The house was lovely, spacious, clean and well maintained. There were 4 adults, 4 teenagers and one child in our group. We loved this space! We had 6 adults and 5 kids under the age of 3 and it was perfect. It’s a very short walk to the beach and to Rosemary and the neighborhood pool was great. location is great the pool is right there and beach is not far from walking distance. the place was clean and everyone in the area was very pleasant! the gas grill doesn't work well we had to cook in the kitchen the fire was really low and it would take forever. once of the ceiling ilght looks like it was going to fall off. and one of the bathroom top crown where blinds are located was on the floor not fixed. everything else was spot on!!

Spring break 2021 was a hit, and this property helped make it a great vacation. The location is a short walk or ride to the beach (which is beautiful) and 'town' down the street. Everything was clean and in good shape, a bonus for a well prepared kitchen with top line appliances. While we only had a small group, it wouldn't be a problem to fill the place up. We used the bikes every day, and relaxed on the multiple porches every night. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from the start. We left for Florida running from Hurricane Laura - they worked with us on the check in time when we let them know we were evacuating and had two babies under 8 months with us. Would recommend to anyone.
