**The Lagoon Pool will be resurfaced. This project will take approximately 4 weeks. Start date on this process is Monday, Oct 27th, 2025. The pool deck will be closed during this time as well due to the safety hazards during this project. We anticipate opening the complex on Monday, November 24th, 2025. During this time, our Neighbors at the Village of South Walton will be allowing the use of our wristbands at their pool complex. **

Step into coastal comfort at Casa de Cousins, a beautifully designed and newly constructed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and style. With its calming beach-inspired aesthetic, this spacious home invites you to unwind the moment you walk through the door. The first floor features an open-concept layout, ideal for quality family time. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together, with a half bath for convenience. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted seabed. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This house was exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and well equipped. No issues at all. Would absolutely recommend. Pool area was pretty big and even though there was a lot of people, it didn’t feel crowded. Bikes were a charm. The house was a beauty. 20/10.The only thing that didn’t work for us was the private beach access. There was a tram that took us to the access point but it was really crowded. They didn’t even have any available umbrellas to rent. We had to go to a public beach and hunt for parking spaces for several minutes because the access through Seacrest property was impossible. I would recommend just plan on getting to the beach early in the morning to find a good spot because it gets full before noon, specially on weekends.- Reviewed On: 8/3/2026

The condo is just as pictured. It’s nicely furnished, nice well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds in the small room. The surrounding properties are well maintained, the pool is nice. I would recommend going to the public beach. It’s close by and not as crowded as the private beach. Beautiful location for a Christmas Getaway with my adult children and their family!
Prime location! Kitchen had everything we needed. RealJoy was fantastic at reaching out to make sure everything was going perfectly. Beautiful, clean and location could not have been better. Also- loved that there was enough parking for my adult children’s cars/rentals. It was all the little extras that just made it perfect .
