Casa Blanca is located a short walk from world-famous Crystal Beach in Destin’s Crystal Beach community. This 6br/5ba home exudes vacation perfection at every turn. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean home.
A couple of suggestions: closet doors that slide and close. There were no baking sheets for baking cookies, etc.

This home was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. While there was an extra charge for heating the pool/spa and the furniture felt a bit dated, these were minor compared to all the positives. Amazing house and service, would absolutely stay here again! We actually wish we booked our stay for 1-2 more days. There was an issue with the coffeepot on the first morning, and the amazing Porter saved us with a brand new coffeepot and a winning and warm personality. Realjoy's team is supper attentive and eager to please- kudos to everyone that we communicated with during the course of our stay - Porter, Logan, Christopher, Jessica, Devin, Samuel etc. Pots, pans, dishware, starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided... BUT I would highly suggest bringing your own toilet paper/paper towels/dish and laundry soaps on Day 1- especially if you have a large krewe/staying a few days. Also!! Do not forget to bring your own beach towels, and DISH TOWELS from home!! The beach is super close- can't beat the location. The layout of house was perfect. The pool was very big and in view from the kitchen so we can cook and also watch the kids swim, house was clean and up to date, communication was fast and easy. Plenty of parking. The beach was 4-5 mins walk away. The rental location was on a prime spot close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious. I would book again!!- Reviewed On: 7/22/2025

The house is big, clean, and only a few blocks to the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool. RealJoy is very responsive. We tried to BBQ one night and found out that the propane was out. Every room was perfect and comfortable. The house was great for 15 people with kids. A week before we were told only 2 cars (15 people don’t arrive in 2 cars). We were able to park on the side and in the driveway, so it wasn’t a problem. Outside grill was dirty, but RealJoy was quick to send someone to clean it and apologized. Hot tub never heated - it won’t unless you heat the pool, too. (We tried that and the pool was miserably uncomfortable.) staff was great and house was beautiful!!! The house was perfect- everything we needed. The house and backyard/ pool is so spacious! Beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend! Beautiful house with plenty of space for multiple families and close to the beach. The kitchen and open floor plan provided a great area for games or just hanging out together. The place was beautiful and we really had a great time. My ONLY complaint would be that they needed more blankets and pillows for each room. The top sheet and thin comforter on each bed wasn’t enough to keep you warm at night. Location was great. We were able to walk to breakfast and the sidewalks made it very easy to go on my morning run (one block from the beach). The pictures were accurate. Only complaint/advice is that this is a third party rental, so no personal touches or extras. No towels, beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately was really chilly and when asked if it could be heated, the company stated it would cost an additional $100/night and take a day for maintenance to arrive and 24-48 hours to heat up and at that point we would be checked out.
