You will find a queen guest bedroom 1 on the 1st floor, a king master bedroom, a king guest bedroom 2 a twin bunk nook on the 2nd floor, and a loft on the 3rd floor that has 2 twin beds. This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Easy check in and space was as described.
Our group said All the furniture was comfortable, including the beds.
As another review states, please note that the bunk beds are in the closet of the master bedroom. Said closet is in the master bath.
This home does come with rights/access to the beach which was a short walk across the street. We rented a golf cart from a local rental company and went everywhere on it rather than driving a car and looking for parking. Well worth the money.

Best beach location

We have stayed in multiple areas on 30A and Blue Mountain is now our favorite after a week in Carried Away. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for everyone in our family, which is one of the most important things for us. The private beach was the least busy beach we have had in the last 6 years. The home was more dated than we were expecting based off the pictures and there were a few quirks, like some of the exterior doors not closing all the way. It seems like a very lived in home, could use some updating, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The ease of having a bakery and smoothies next door and a gas station near buy for quick ice trips was an extra plus. We have already talked about booking this house again for next summer.

Blue mountain vacation

We had a great time in this property. It was very close to the beach and the pool. There are many restaurants near by. It is also close to Water color and Seaside.The people managing the property are great. I had a question about beach rental and they responded very quickly.Over all we had a great time we. I will definitely recommend this property.

Across the street from the beach and a stones throw to the bakery/coffee shop! Comfortable king bed with en-suite bath on middle floor plus the master king having kid sized bunk beds in the big closet area off of the en-suite master bathroom - would be good for small children only. Twin loft area has cool views but may be warm up there midsummer-was fine for us in May. Downstairs queen bedroom was cute and comfy. Lots of porches! Good value and fun stay!
