Amazing visit. The only thing is the public beach assess only has about 12 ft of width space for public people. There is no private beach. So if you want to go to the beach you have to walk about 300yards down to the bigger public beach. Other then that, The room and staff is amazing

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Destin. The price was good for location and what the condo had to offer. We did find it bare bones in terms of amenities. There are no spices, coffee/filters, oil, baggies, foil, beach towels, beach chairs and very limited toiletries. We just felt for the cost and for being an Airbnb, not a hotel, some of these things should be included. It’s very expensive and wasteful to buy these items when you are only there for a few days to a week. Otherwise, we had no issues and the condo was as described. The pool was a little dirty but we were told they were in the process of hiring a new pool cleaner while we were there.

Beautiful place. Very convenient access to beach. My only note would be to be aware of your neighbors below and beside. ..the floors are thin and they can hear your every step....so walk lightly during quiet hours or youll get a knock on your door.

This place is beautiful and Clean!!!!!
Has the perfect view to the beach, very close to the beach walk in 3 minutes, swimming pool is right in the corner 1-2 minutes walk and very clean. Everything is described exactly in pictures. Place has a very quiet neighborhood. Plus has everything close to you. Loved how everything was communicated and respectful.

Very nice and clean. Fantastic location. The only complaint is: it is very dark in the bedroom. No place to put on makeup. It is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. For the elderly it is very hard going up and down the stairs. But, it was a great place to stay!!

As always, Harmony treats me so good and that is why I’m a 10+ year customer. This property was right across the street from the beach, from the balcony you can see the ocean, perfect location, and plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again. Public beach life is always not as fun, but that has nothing to do with them.

This unit is in a lovely location, close to the beach access, pool, hot tub, shops and restaurants. It had everything (and more) that we needed for our week's stay. We especially loved the view of the ocean from this location. It was a gem!

Was an easy process and they checked in after we had been there a couple days to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

The two-story Loft had plenty of room for my family of six. Including two teenagers one preteen and a 5 year old. It had enough space to keep them from killing each other. But it was also small enough so we weren't too separated. The balcony was huge and had a partial view of the beach. The public beach access was a 3 minute walk. The kitchen was well designed and it had most of what we needed for the week for cooking. The master bedroom had a television as well as the living room and the loft bedroom. The Loft bedroom had two twin beds and the master bedroom had a full size bed. Are younger children slept on the sofa bed and we're very excited. But they are young. Every room had a ceiling fan and the air conditioner did a great job at maintaining temperature and humidity. The stove is electrical. The freezer had a nice maker. The decor was comfortable and gave an immediate impression we were at the beach, or close to it. Major grocery stores were within 8 minutes away, including a Walmart. I highly recommend this rental for any larger family. We are already thinking about reserving a week for next year.

Beautiful clean condo just steps from the beach. Comfortable beds and beautifully furnished home. We will definitely be back. The only recommendation would be to get some beach chairs made for adults.

We had a wonderful stay. Convenient location with beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything provided to cook. Especially like having a washer and dryer along with a tub shower combo! We will hopefully be returning next year to the same location!

This condo is tastefully done, very cozy! I absolutely LOVED my stay here!!! The view is unbeatable with swaying palm trees with the Gulf right beyond. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my extended stay!! Harmony Beach Vation (property’s manager) was right on top of little things that needed to be fixed. I stayed here for 3 months and can’t say enough good things about the condo, the proximity to the beach, the area in general and Harmony!!!!!

Had a wonderful long holiday weekend enjoying the beach. Only problem was that I was traveling with someone with limited mobility and was told there was an elevator, but I could not find one. I made a request to have the batteries changed in the thermostat and the cable in one of the bedrooms was not working. Both were fixed promptly.

This was our 5th Spring Break in Destin & this has to be my families favorite Condo. The location is exactly like it shows online. It is directly across the street from the ocean. I could see dolphins in the morning from our balcony. Location of the pool is at the end of our unit, never crowded & our 12 year old son met a lot of kids his age to play catch with. The pool temp was nice & warm even I got in. This condo was excellent for the 4 of us but could comfortably sleep 6. We had trouble with the AC, management sent someone out within hours. He couldn’t fix it but had someone else within 24 hours. Super awesome complex, quiet, clean and great neighborhood. Our kids love The Tracks just a few miles away. Grocery store a short drive. Get place to walk or run in the morning. Most beautiful sunsets. Ocean was the calm enough this year for us to swim & body surf in!! I will book this condo again for sure!!

During the worst of circumstances, (evacuating hurricane Michael) the HBV staff ensured I had a very nice condo and made registration as painless as possible. The unit they provided was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I can't thank the HBV staff enough for making my stay the best it could. They single handedly reversed the atrocious dealings I had with a national booking chain. I totally endorse HBV and look forward to utilizing their professional team again.

We had an awesome time here!! This condo was stocked with more than enough things needed for our stay!! It was very clean!! They even had us a bottle of wine waiting!! The bed sleep soooooooo good!! I will recommend this condo to anyone!! The swimming pool and jacuzzi was awesome as well!! I give this place 100 stars!!

Our family travelled to Destin for a wedding. The condo was perfect size for us and had a perfect location to the beach right across the street. The only thing the property was missing was a blow dryer so make sure to pack one. We also bought one and left it there for the next renters.

Our stay at Caribbean Dunes was great! I would recommend this condo. It was clean, close to bike and scooter rentals and the best little café called Camille's with awesome smoothies, the beach and great restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Three beach towels were very useful when we arrived nicely folded in the master bedroom and convenient that we didn't need to bring from home and pack in our carry-on. The Staff at Harmony Beach Vacations were prompt with confirmation information and answered questions in a timely manner.

My 20th vacation in Destin- you will love this beach-chic condo with ocean views from the balcony. It's located across the street from a public beach access. Good for newlyweds or families, sleeps 6. Clean beds with BA upstairs and master BR and BA downstairs and checkout the black granite countertops. "Complimentary beach towels" are provided; no need to pack those! Beach rental amenities are: snack bar, sea kayaks, paddle longboards, trampolines set-up in ocean, bicycles, scooters. Jetskis and boat outings are at HarborWalk Village. Try the Pirate cruise, Seablaster boat excursion or a dolphin cruise. The Pirate cruise is authentic, our elementary & tween aged kids were impressed !
