It was a quick trip for me and my hubby. We had heard about the white sandy beaches and clear water and wanted a quick getaway! Everything about our stay was good, comfy bed, lots of pillows, towels and tp. Wish they would have offered beach chairs or sand something. Nice place to stay for a few days!

Caribbean Dunes are some of the best condos! This location was awesome! Right across the street from the beach. And had a ton of stuff in walking distance. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and so cute. The decor was so beachy. Which I love, because you really get all the vacation vibes. If we had any questions, we were quick to get a response to help with whatever we needed! I highly recommend staying here! We loved it so much, we didn’t want to leave! And we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, beds were comfortable and just the right size for our family of 5! Location was perfect- quick walk to the beach. Try Camile’s down the block to the left. Fantastic dinner and sushi menus. The pool was always clean.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything was great! With responses with questions, looked like the pictures and the condo was tidy! Camile’s was a great place to eat. Breakfast and dinner spot for anyone looking for something quick, delicious and priced fair! The beach was a quick walk, the pool was nice and condo was accommodating.

Things we loved about staying at this property: 1. The location! We were right across from the beach, next to a charming café/eatery. Short drive to do shopping. 2. The pool was clean and well-maintained and easily accessible. 3. The rental was squeaky clean. 4. Free of pests. 5. When our AC stopped working overnight, they sent out a tech and had it repaired before lunch. They also comped us for the inconvenience, which turned this negative into a positive. The only thing that came as a surprise is they did not provide pool towels. This is minor and if mentioned in the welcome message it would have been helpful, I don't remember reading about it. I would still return to this property. Overall I give it 4 and half out of 5 stars!

I recently stayed at this beautiful rental near the beach in Destin, Florida, and had an amazing experience. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the stunning white-sand beach and clear emerald waters. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the ocean breeze. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs and umbrellas being available for guest use. FANTASTIC. I stayed with my husband and my three-year-old. It was perfect. I recommend it. First, the apartment is clean and comfortable. Across the street is a swimming pool. It has a cozy patio. It has everything you will need. The beds are good too. Then, from the reviews, I thought we would be needing extra toilet paper, paper towels, pods, trash bags... We stayed six days and we never had to use any of the stuff we brought with us. Moreover, the location is amazing. There is a restaurant around the corner, Camille. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is so delicious and convenient! You can stay there or just take out. The beach is right across the street. If you walk some blocks, there are a lot of stores and the shopping center, Destin Commons. We only had to use our car one time for some groceries. Then we walked everywhere. It was great. We have been to Destin several times, and this is (quality + location + price) the best place we have stayed so far.

We had an amazing time! The condo was newly renovated and very clean. I stayed four nights with my three children. I wish we could have stayed longer. The ground floor was wonderful with the patio. We only had to walk across the road to the pool and across the street to the beach! Everything was very close and convenient: stores, restaurants, drug store, gas station. The condo was very nice and the location perfect! Easy to the beach and to shopping! Concerning the condo itself, what we didn’t like it was the bed! Like sleeping on rocks and the sheets didn’t fit! That is the on the owner! Real Joy by far was the best property management I have ever worked with! So nice and polite!

Stay and location were wonderful. Be prepared to bring your own beach towels, coffee/filters, spices/salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs (only 2 provided), extra blankets, etc. No extra fluff on-site, but we didn’t ask or complain as Walmart is right down the road and honestly I didn’t even look to see if any of that was mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot, quiet and clean. We loved it!

House is adorable and with Caribbean Dunes you cannot go wrong! Beach is minutes across a non busy road. Pool is magnificent and large. Coffee shoppe next door, just steps away. We will always come back! Had a wonderful time and Real Joy Vacations was super easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place it was very close to the beach and the pool was across from this place. The weather was not in our favor so we were only able to enjoy a day of swim in the pool but it was well worth it. The place is very well maintained clean and has working appliances, the only drawback we faced was cleaning supplies. We like to clean ourselves and surroundings especially when we have kids but we couldn’t find anything to clean the tables or counters. It would be nice if they provide cleaning supplies along with basic kitchen stuff like salt pepper. Overall we really liked this place and would love to visit again.

Loved the location and the layout of the condo. Everything was actually as it stated online. The bed is a tad squeaky, when trying to be quiet getting in and out of it with a toddler who is napping in the room a squeaky bed poses challenges :)
