We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent! The pool area was convenient and well-kept. The beach access was less than a block away. There was a cool coffee place right next door. There were 2 minor issues with some kitchen gadgets that were addressed by management very quickly.We loved this place and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place to stay and enjoy all things Destin. The location is perfect the condo is neat clean and well furnished. The staff is so accommodating. We wanted extra towels and they sent someone over with them within minutes of my request and this was on a Sunday evening. I made several phone calls asking questions and they were so friendly and helpful! No worries here because this place has got you!!!

This condo was very convenient for us from the walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shopping malls. Our kids had a lot of fun and that’s what we wanted. There were a few beach toys provided, however, we went and purchased more. We did leave those behind for the next guest to enjoy 😉. The place was very quiet as well considering you have people staying all around and above you. Made for a peaceful nights rest.

Amazing! So clean and close to every thing. Starter kit such as shampoo soap laundry soap, dishes even a blow dryer. Overall it was an amazing trip. We left behind some beach chairs because we couldn’t fly back with them. I’m sure someone will get some use out of them.

Great little one-bedroom condo in a very walkable location, right across the street from the beach. Next door is Camille’s Cafe, which is great for going to grab a morning coffee, a drink, or some quick food. Also a pool across the street that guests have access to. The host contacted us right away after booking to set us up on their rsvp portal. On our checkin date, all of the entry passcodes were added to the portal, and gaining entry was a breeze. We had to go to the store to get detergent for the washer/dryer, filters for the coffee pot, extra garbage bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The rsvp portal mentions that you will likely need to go get extra supplies if you’re going to have an extended stay. We used what we needed and left the rest for the next guests (along with the beach supplies we purchased) since we couldn’t take them with us. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great here. Location is just down the road from alot of shopping and activities plus right across from beach access and a nice restaurant on the corner. Destin Harbor was only a few minutes away by car too. The condo is very nice, the only thing I thought it needed was an update to the tub/shower, it is a little dated. If you want someplace nice stay at an affordable price, this is it. Definitely will look at first when I book next trip to Destin.

The condo is in the perfect location, a 2 minute walk to the beach at most. Destin Commons is about a 2 minute drive too! We requested a comforter for one of the bunk beds and had it delivered within 30 minutes. We had no complaints with our stay and hope to be back soon!

Great little condo very close to my conference at the Henderson resort. No ice maker, but found ice trays. A/C worked great and I kept the ceiling fans going. Water pressure is good in the shower, and it got hot quickly. My only request would be to have a k-cup coffee maker in addition to the regular drip maker.

Great location: close to the beach, from family perspective - close to Walmart and Target, different local attractions and cafes. Comfortable stay. Specifically my kids liked bunk bed. Condo had all necessary equipment in the kitchen. All facilities were in a good shape. A bit of extra stuff for beach was also appreciated. Two parking places - a bit of competition for shadow ones :). I think I have less comfort with managing company. Too many poking messages in some pushing form contradicting with each other. Examples: after booking you are getting message from internal system that there is no credit card on file and in 24 hours you should provide it - but credit card tied via Booking.com and I was able to see their check. Then another message that you should pay in 3 days the whole sum but by Booking.com you have 30 days that made me contact with support. Finally at checkout you are getting a number of reminders ( btw you already have one on fridge) with contradicting instructions, I guess it was typo, but still, “set conditioner at 78”, “set conditioner at 74” etc. So this is a bit of hassle that can’t spoil the cool place atmosphere.
