The room was very clean, the only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is the mats on the kitchen table were soiled.

Great rental, terrific location if you want to do the beach thing. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you would need, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The bed was very comfy and all the linens, towels, and furniture were super clean. Communication from the owner/mgmt was superb. Would def consider staying here again if we come back.

Our family of four really enjoyed this rental! It's VERY close to the beach which was a priority for us. You literally just walk right across the street to the boardwalk. The unit was clean, newly refinished, and quite comfortable. The sheets and bedding were very clean. Everything was in good working order. Close proximity to the outlet malls, several restaurants, and grocery stores. I was a good quality for the cost. It was by no means a luxury property, but we had reasonable expectations and were very pleased.

We have never stayed in Destin before and this rental was perfect! Great access to the beach and restaurants. Realjoy was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable! Everything we needed was right there! Would definitely stay here again!
Only small drawback was that we did not know the beaches were private, so we had a smaller “piece” of beach than we expected. BUT it ended up being perfect! We enjoyed walking it at night as well, and the proximity to the condo was excellent!
