Very clean and neat. Cute and roomy. It needs a more comfortable sofa and the side door does not lock on its own. Otherwise it's a very nice condo. Will stay there again.

This was our 4th time to stay at Capri, but the first time in unit 123. Everything was great! The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the AC was cold, and the location can't be beat. The only thing I didn't love is the small size of the bathroom, but that was a minor inconvenience, and it was exactly what was shown in the pictures. We are already thinking about when we can go back and stay again.

Rooms was clean except the a/c would be cold in livingroom and hot in master bedroom and bathroom with all vents open. Had to buy box fan to move cold air into bedroom. Also think if you rent and pay for 4 adults there should be 4 chairs available on beach for everyone. Other than those things everything was great. This is our 5th year staying here but first time in unit 123.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Capri 123 in Destin, Florida for a beach getaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beachy theme, which added to the overall vacation vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials needed to cook meals, which was a huge plus for me. The atmosphere was family-oriented, and everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Access to the beach and other amenities was convenient, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I will definitely be returning to Capri 123 for my next beach vacation.

First time ever staying in the panhandle region normally we’re a southern Florida vacationer. Just amazing beaches beautiful charm lots of activities to do . The people at Harmony were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our trip a success. We plan on coming back

Great community feel. Clise to walk to store, restaurants, shopping, but the best thing is the beach is at your door! The manager was very accommodating, more than he needed to be. He went out of his way to help and be a friend, very personable.

Our original reservation at a different location was cancelled last minute, so we found this rental and what a wonderful surprise!! Lovely location and the unit was everything and more than we had hoped for. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Just a short walk to the beach and then the chairs and umbrella were already set up for us. The staff on the beach were super friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about our trip. It was our 35th anniversary and we will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed our stay here! I will say it is set up more for a family with kids as the bathroom is in the master bedroom. Property was clean. Enjoyed sitting outside and drinking coffee while watching the waves. I also liked that we had an assigned parking spot right outside our door. Would stay here again!

I love the CapriWe have stayed there many times over many years. I really enjoyed the unit that we stayed in for the first time unit number 123. I can see that there has been updates in the unit but I can also see there is still more that needs to be done. Replace the sofas and fix the ceiling in the kitchen and we did have a couple of roaches. My only other complaint is watch how many guests actually stay in a room. The room directly next to us had 12 people in it we counted. I also do not like people that leave all of their belongings outside we leave towels to dry only and bring them in immediately after. And the unit directly next to us also set up their own barbecue pit which started to burn the fern palm tree grassy area we did go complain to the front office and they did make a move I would definitely return back I like the unit I stayed in I have stayed in a number of units in the facility it’s just a couple of things that need to be spruced up and more attention made two people that you rent to.

I will not stay anywhere else after finding such a treasure! Perfect location and layout for my husband and our two small children. The parking so close to the front door alone was worth the price. No issues and everything went so smoothly.

We had a great vacation, in spite of the rain. The condo was clean and in good condition. We had everything we needed for our stay.

First in Capri 110, a great winter get away. Quiet and secured. Very helpful and accommodating staff. As our stay was ending, blizzards hit our home area making it impossible for us to travel. Our time in #110 expired. The staff quickly found us another condo. Capri 120 was the beginning of emergencies for my wife. A trip to ER Destin ended with admittance to hospital. Diagnosed food poisoning. Three days later released but short lived in 120. Back to ER ended in emergency surgery for ruptured Gall bladder. Capri staff was our support all the way. #120 time expired and staff accommodated with a move to Capri #123. Convalescence until doctors release in #123. NO ONE on the Emerald Coast could have treated us more kindly. We will be back , healthy and fully satisfied to enjoy winter 2019-2020.

We had a very nice, relaxing time. The condo was nicely decorated and cozy. It is literally steps to the beach , on the beachside. Everything was great. The only negative would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It is comfortable unless you lay near the edge of the bed, you feel like you are falling off. As long as you stay in the middle you are fine. That was the ONLY negative that I can think of. We will definitely rent here again , and recommend it to anyone interested in Destin.

Came to Destin for our anniversary. We didn't book anything before we arrived. We drove around for a while. We saw Capri and thought that looks like some where we would like to say. We walked in the staff greeted us. They gave us a tour of the property. We booked Capri 123. It was very clean and recently updated. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed spending our Anniversary at Capri. And will definitely return. We would like to say thank you! To the staff for the pie and Anniversary card.

We had a wonderful stay. Angie and her staff treated us like family. If there was anything we needed, they were right there to take care of us. Room was very nice. Perfect for the 4 of us. The rental was right on the beach, great price and clean, decorated nicely, and had a full kitchen which i appreciated having. I had my kids with me and eating out while on vacation can get expensive. I was able to cook most of our meals with the fully equipped kitchen at the condo. Overall experience was amazing. I will be returning to the same condo every year!

Took my son and his friend to vacation.. The enjoyed the white baby crab Hunting every night. I never had to worry about them because we were on the beach . It was safe , they never had to cross the street. We love Destin and Capri !

We have been coming to Destin now for several years. After staying in several different locations, we have found our new favorite place. We have a large family and this room was adequate all around. Everything from friendly service to helpful staff and the big bonus was having a nice private beach only for guests to use. We love this place and will be returning as soon as we can.

The property was very clean the only complaint I would have would be that there was not enough dining room for a family in this particular room but however we made do and everyone was overall very happy with our stay and we will book with this particular property again in the future. I would recommend it for anyone wanting some time away in a quiet beautiful atmosphere.
