The place was a great value. It was clean and right in the beach! An easy walk. My wife and I found it to be peaceful. Realjoy was easy to communicate with a, responsive and willing to a couple of issues. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

This place was great! It was clean, right on the beach with chair service! Close to restaurants and to Destin Commons (shopping). I really enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. This was not my first time to Destin but it was my first time to stay at the Capri but it won't be my last!

Great location. I like that it’s a small complex, on the beach. Low stress to park and get in and out. Real Joy was responsive to communications. Would stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay at Capri on the Gulf. It was clean and perfect for me. I enjoyed the short walk right to the beach umbrellas. I had everything I needed for my lil personal getaway. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again! It’s the perfect size for a couple and has all we needed for morning coffee , short walks on the beach and watching gorgeous sunsets! It’s close to lots of good eating places and the beach being so close and with private entry is the best!! We’ve had a great time each stay!

We always stay at the Capri. Nothing like the convenience of pulling right up to your door. This unit did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and was up to date.

The perfect location right on the beach! Room was perfect size for a couple. It was perfectly themed with all new appliances and fixtures ! On my thing I would change is the coffee pot- to a Keurig - or have both. Our stay was wonderful - no bumper to bumper traffic or wait times to eat! Highly recommend!

We were not aware of the change in TV streaming, nor any info how to operate the new tv system. We also like the sofa on the other wall. There were 3 roaches in the bathroom ( at different times) but the condo was very clean ( that’s why I have 4 stars). We do LOVE this condo and will stay there again! [ The tv change and 3 roaches are why I gave 4 stars on 2 questions]

Capri 122 is adorable, cute updated and the perfect location! Perfect for 2 people to stay. The staff at Harmony is amazing - checking on us - towel exchanges twice a week. This is our fourth time staying at the capri in various condos. We will be back. Thank you.

Very nice and comfortable condo for 2 people. Everything was recently updated. It is well maintained. Gated community on the beach. Park right in front of Condo. Private beach access with provided beach service during peak season. I would stay here again.

Great location right on private beach with beach service included. Condo is updated all new everything, very clean and comfortable. First floor access, part right in front of condo is gated community. The community is clean and maintained. Great customer services answered all questions quickly. I would recommend staying here. I will stay again.

This condo was everything that was advertised. The condo was perfect for two people. Very clean. It had everything we needed. You could tell that it was older, but the upgrades made it feel much newer. It's in a perfect location. Many restaurants are within a very short drive. The private beach, which included beach chairs and an umbrella was GREAT!!!. This will definitely be my first choice to stay on my next vacation to Destin.

This has got to be the best condo on the property. We will definitely stay in the condo again. The colors and layout are great. My wife loved everything about the condo.

Place was nicely remodeled and kitchen was welled stocked. The location was perfect, very clean and safe place. I really enjoyed it.The only thing u would recommend changing is a new pull out couch. Very old uncomfortable bed inside couch. The drainage in the shower was also not the best. Shower would fill up with lots of water as you showered. Overall was a wonderful place and I will be back.

Very close to the beach, loved the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella & towels. Private beach access with minimal crowd. Many new updates to the condo, it was a perfect weekend away!

Unit 122 was updated, clean, and had everything we needed! Beach was a short walk, view was great, laundry right next door! Love that it's a gated community and beach was private and not too busy.

This was by far the best vacation rental I’ve had. The room was very nice and well taken care of, and very clean! Fully furnished and all, there wasn’t anything we didn’t need. There we even extra beach towels for us to use. I will definitely make a habit out of renting from Harmony beach vacations again!

The Capri is private, comfortable and right on the beach! You are able to park right in front of your door. There is no other place in destin like it!

A great week, great weather, and great lodging experience. Capri Motel is indeed the best kept secret along old 98. A retro, throwback-style motor lodge from back in the day, but all units upgraded and current. Especially newly renovated Room 122 made our stay even that much better and comfortable. Quiet, comfortable, and room enough for your evening after a long day at the beach or shopping.Just steps to the beach from any front door of the Capri Motel, plus beach service provided. No shlepping luggage or beach gear up and down stairs, across busy streets, or long hauls in from the car.And only steps or short drive to lots of great restaurants and shopping!!We certainly picked a very good week to come to Destin, as the water was the clearest we have ever seen in coming to Destin for nearly 30 years; chilly on first plunge, but quite do-able after that. And daily dolphin pod sightings each afternoon within yards of the beach.Highly recommend the Capri Motel.

The cutest little condo with everything you could possibly need. It’s located in a great community and only steps away from the beach. Harmony Beach Vacations provided excellent customer service and made the entire process from booking, checking in and checking out so easy! Everyone we spoke with were very helpful and friendly. It was the perfect condo for our little family! We will definitely be back.

We were going to stay at a motel, after visiting relatives staying at Capri by the Gulf. After checking on an empty unit, we decided to stay there. The unit was clean and probably a lot less expensive than a motel. The manager provided excellent customer service. Our only problem was the main tv/cable wasn't working. But we weren't there to watch tv, especially with the gulf outside our door!

As a long time Destin vacationer, Capri is a perfect motel! Location is right on beach, close to all shopping and the best restaurants. This motel has a "private" beach, so it is quiet. Having beach service, 2 chairs and umbrella, as part of the rental makes this place perfect. Will definitely return.

Our stay with Capri by the Gulf was awesome! We were provided with great costumer service, everyone was nice and professional. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The gated community made my family feel safe and the access to the beach made it easy while having small children. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to stay with Capri by the Gulf and also look forward to bringing our family back for more great memories!

I've been to Destin and Ft Walton many times. I can honestly say that staying at the Capri was a better experience than high risers. I will be staying at the Capri going forward. The people were excellent.

The rental was great! It had everything in the kitchen that we needed. It was nice being greeted with a bottle of champaign on the bar after a long drive. Also comes with 4 complimentary beach towels and plenty of bath towels. The one story building was very nice considering I have two small children and I didn't have to carrying things up and down stairs or elevators. The free beach service is great so no need to carry chairs down to the water. The deck area is nice to sit and relax after a long day. The one thing that needs to be upgraded is the couch because the mattress in it was very worn. The owners dropped in and asked us what is something they could change to make it better and the couch was the only thing and they promised to get a new one.

We had coffee on the balcony area each morning, which overlooked the gorgeous sand and water. It was great to park right outside the door and the gated entrance made us feel very safe. No elevators, crowds, noise. The other tenants were friendly and were regular vacationers at the Capri. The only reason I gave three stars to the amenities section is because the furniture could be updated, as well as bathroom and kitchen. More important is that our place was clean. My family will definitely go back!
