Only issue we had was folks not staying in our condos “raided” our section of the beach and planted umbrellas and tents all around us. (Only happened once… but it’s a significant problem)

This place is amazing! Fantastic view and your car is right outside of your door so no stairs or crowded elevators to deal with the beach chairs and umbrellas were out first thing in the morning if we ever needed anything or more chairs for a group to sit together the guy had it set up for us. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed we will definitely be staying here again!!!

As always, we loved our stay at The Capri! It’s in a such a great spot, gated and just a few steps from a beautiful beach! We did try a different room this year and loved the king size bed! The condo was very modern and up to date. The shower was wonderful! I got very sick this year, the night we arrived and ended up going to American Care in Niceville( highest ratings) and received great care. Camille’s right down the road is our absolute favorite and we were able to make it there for dinner and it was fabulous! Would highly recommend The Capri during December ! It’s quaint, quiet and perfect !

I rented this condo for my in-laws and it was perfect. Very nice 1 bed, 1 bath with nice furniture. They loved it so much, they booked again for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf 121. It was the perfect size for two people, had everything we needed, and was right on the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Capri 121 was wonderful! The easy access to the beach made our stay very enjoyable. Traveling with a child it was great to have daily beach service provided and have the flexibility to return to our unit for a break or to eat and then be able to return to the beach whenever we wanted to our same spot. We were able to leave our towels and beach toys at the beach so we didn't have to carry them back and forth all day. The outside showers were great for rinsing off and the gate made me feel safe. The area was quiet. We had groceries delivered and the unit had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week. The shower was GREAT! The only thing I found myself needing several times during the week was a pair of scissors. One suggestion I have is to upgrade the bed. The mattress, pillows and sheets were pretty worn. Otherwise everything was absolutely wonderful! Communication was good! We are looking forward to a future trip at the Capri!

We loved the condo, and will definitely booked there on our next trip down to Destin.. I loved the gated access to the place and it was very quite and clean. The beach front was nice and just a few steps away from the condo.I miss it already!

It was a great experience! Loved the location... loved the staff. The only thing that could have been better is the kitchen didn’t have cookie sheets & other things we needed for cooking purposes. But everything else was perfect.

Capri by the Gulf is a great location! Right on the beach, just walk across this little parking lot. And Shay & buds have you chairs & umbrellas already set up for you. Clean, well appointed, simple condo. Everything you could want in the kitchen. We will try to stay here again!

Our room was without an iron. The property management company got us a brand-new iron in a timely manner. FYI: When we moved in,the towel rack (over the toilet)is coming loose from the wall on the left side. We were careful to not make it any worse.

Gated, Clean, Convenient, private beach and near everything! A perfect gem to find! We were able to relax on Spring Break with no public activity!The staff was friendly and umbrella and beach chairs included! WAS AWESOME!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Capri 121. The unit is charmingly decorated and well-appointed. I loved that there were lots of kitchen cupboards! But, most of all, I was grateful to be away from traffic noise and on the beachside.

Do not let this back units location distract you, we found it to be very beautifully decorated on the inside, and just the right fit. The bedroom is dark so you can sleep in if you want to, open the blinds to a great Oceanview. We have stayed in several units in this Capri building, and this one is our new favorite one. Right next to the laundry room, which turns out to be very handy. I would choose this one again in a heartbeat. Very nice. My only suggestion is maybe some better chairs to sit outside like the other units have. Those little metal chairs just don’t cut it… would rent again, thank you very much for a great condo

Love this property!! The only complaint was no dressing full length mirror and the mattress needs to be updated. We were there for a couple of days so we managed just fine. Love the beach chairs!! I would definitely return to this property. The check in staff was extremely nice and professional. Thanks to Karly for all she did for me!!

We were wonderfully surprised with the cleanliness and beauty of the condo. The WiFi and TVs worked perfectly. Our only complaint is we could not stay longer. We loved the gated entrance, the private beach and the deck and chairs. Once inside the condo areas we enjoyed the peace and quite of our surroundings. We look forward to vacationing in this condo again. It is like home away from home. Congratulations on providing a memorable experience for us.

When I found the Capri by the Gulf I wanted something that wasn't near all the high-rises and less people on the beach. Harmony Beach vacations was able to get me in a room and all set up with payments easily done. it was just like the pictures on the internet everything look inviting. Everything about the place was great the AC was nice and cold. If you're looking for all the amenities of a nice little place to stay on the beach this is the place for you

I loved the private beach and locked gate. The only thing that is missing is a pool but the private beach area makes up for it. Everyone was so pleasant...even the guy who rented kyacks! Will definitely be back !

We have been absent the last two years due to dance competitions not allowing us to come back, but it was like we never left. Capri by the Gulf is as our 3 year old calls it , "our beach home." AS always the staff, property and whole experience was awesome and will keep us coming back. Thank you!!!!
