Private beach access with umbrella and chairs included with your stay. Also came to find a welcoming complementary bottle of wine. Very quiet but beautiful place to be. I will be back. Only thing I do recommend is to put oven kits in the kitchen. Next time I’ll take a pack of beer instead of wine. LOL Overall very satisfied with the property and my stay. Thank you all

We really enjoyed our stay at capri by the gulf room 120. It was enough room for our girl trip and was on the beach. Quaint and bed was comfy. It was nice having the beach so close and not surrounded by high rise condo buildings. We would definitely recommend this spot. Loved it!

Lovely condo at a great price, with a well equipped kitchen. This amazing place is located on a most beautiful beach! ️ The staff was amazing and very helpful! This is our 5th year to return the Emerald Coast and have not been disappointed on any level!!❤️️I would definitely highly recommend renting from Harmony Beach Vacations in Destin Florida!

i have been staying at the capri for many years , i love its convience to the beach to all the good restaurants ,shopping and many more things that i like to do.its gated, private and quiet , i can leave my beach supplies outside my room and dont have to worry about it being stolen ,and its clean ,and i can pull right up to the room that im staying , ,chairs and umbrellas are setup when i get ready to go down to the beach , its an all around great place to stay

This place at Capri on the Gulf is truly a most beautiful home away from home getaway! We found it very clean and a lovely well equipped kitchen! Comfortable living room and comfortable beds. Capri is absolutely perfect. Quiet, low key and right on the beach....literally, steps from beach stairs onto private beach. It was incredible. Megan and Keith checked on us a few times through the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay and ask if we needed anything. We couldn't have chosen a more wonderful place.

My family loves staying at the Capri by the Gulf and always try to get a condo there! The air conditioner wasn't working good when we arrived, but the maintenance man and the office team worked that out immediately. The staff are always kind and helpful!

We love staying at Capri, our go to spot! We had the typical Florida weather. (sun-rain-sun) this made for a high surf. (double red flags for 3 days) the surfers loved it!!! This did not stop the beach fun and we were able to get in the water up to our knees on the double red flag days!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this condo. It’s our favorite. If your looking for somewhere simple, no high rise or extra amenities, this is the place. Love the private beach with chair and umbrella service.

This amazing beach front condo is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Gulf right out our door! Beds are perfect, and it has one of the best equipped kitchens for all our cooking needs. Love the accommodating, friendly and cheerful staff here too! This is our 3rd year, and planning to return next year.

The Capri at the Gulf is the best place to stay in Destin! Each unit is conveniently located to the private beach and comes with beach chair setup for two. Unit 120 is tastefully decorated and roomy! I highly recommend staying in any unit at the Capri at the Gulf! Harmony Beach Vacations are great to work with and easy to reach for anything you need.

If you want something simple and right on the beach, book here! You can see the ocean from every condo and it’s a quick walk down a flight of stairs for your feet to be in the sand. This was our second year and we booked for next year before we left.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Capri! It was perfectly set up, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We especially liked the walk-in shower, and the table & chairs out front, where we ate our breakfast numerous times. The view is spectacular, and the opportunity to watch the sunset on the deck every night was such a gift! We will be back next year!!

5 of the gurls took a gurls trip to Destin October 3-10 we’ve stayed with Harmony beach in 2019 and had to skip in 2020 due to Covid, but we made up for it this year we had a ball on the beautiful beach and in our room and we can’t wait till next year to come back again

We have stayed at the Capri’s a couple of different time now & each time has been a wonderful experience. We love staying in the small gated community, where everyone is very friendly, with a family atmosphere. The Capri’s are always clean & located right on the beach. The management was very helpful & very accommodating.

Capri by the Gulf is a wonderful beachfront, single story condo to stay in Destin. Small and not crowded! Great location in the middle of Destin. Beach chairs and umbrella included in the price. Harmony Beach Vacations are awesome to deal with. Rates are best in town. Would highly recommend!

After first scheduling a private beach retreat in the heart of Destin and being in an unsafe and inconvenient hotel, I was beyond thrilled to find availability at Capri by the Gulf, where they made the experience well worth it! The beach house was clean, located in a safe gated community, and the beach (with beach service included!) was immediately outside my door! The beach was pristine and the other families and couples were enjoying their vacation stays as well. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Shopping and dining were within walking distance and in a safe neighborhood. This was the perfect private beach retreat as I accomplished everything I desired - relaxing beach time with a good book; a safe and comfortable property on the beach; an escape from the stresses of work back home; time to write and reflect and count my blessings! I’ve already been recommending the property to loved ones and friends!

We got there and loved it at first sight. But our room didn’t have a door separating the living room and bedroom which we really needed for our toddler. They immediately allowed to switch into a more expensive room with a door at no extra cost. They were so helpful. Loved it and will definitely be staying here again.

Capri by the Gulf is my favorite place to stay when I take my annual take-care-of-yourself-and-your-soul weekend beach trip. I'm a teacher, so it's just what I need to get refreshed and restored for the rest of the school year! I've stayed in other HBV properties and never had a single regret working with them!

We spent a few days here. The condo was up-to-date and clean, and the office staff members were very courteous. . Being able to walk out the front door, down the steps and onto the beautiful white sand is a big part of the reason we chose to stay here. It's also reasonably affordable. The full kitchen was a plus; even though we ate out for most meals, it was nice to have an alternative for the times we didn't feel like going to a restaurant. The property is located on a quiet street, but it's still close to all the area attractions and restaurants. My one complaint about our stay was the fact that people from two different condos were smoking on the property the first day we were there. I don't enjoy choking on cigarette smoke when I'm trying to enjoy the sea breeeze and beautiful view...other than that, everything was great.

This vacation spot was perfect! Very cozy, convenient, and clean. I felt extremely safe with the Gated community. I also loved being able to park just outside the front door. No waiting for elevators or circling the lot for a parking spot. We will definitely return!

Wanted a quiet, not to crowded vacation spot for me and my husband. The Capri was the right spot. The resort was small, no pool but that made it even quieter. It was exactly what we wanted. No screaming children, no loud music, no party scene. All of the guests were friendly but everyone kept to themselves. A very respectable establishment. Our unit was perfectly clean and the beach service set us up with 2 lounge chairs and large umbrella every morning. I would have liked if there were more space between the all the guest chairs that were set up but it wasn't horrible, everyone with Capri chairs were low key, well mannered, and quiet

Squirrels have chewed on wiring in neighbors car and tonight we discovered our truck wiring has been chewed. Been here 20 years this summer and never had such an experience.

We stayed here last year and chose to stay here again. We love the fact that we just walk to the beach, you don't have to cross the street. It was perfect when my teenage/tween boys wanted to go back to the room and my husband and I could stay at the beach. Also love the complementary umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

I have stayed at the Capri several times now & as always the rental that we had was super! Everything we needed was right there! We were close enough in to Destin to be able to do anything we wanted. One major plus is the private beach and availability of beach chairs! The outside shower could use some work but the availability of a gas grill was awesome too! Overall I'd give it a 10/10! Love it there!

We have been coming here since 2005 and have yet to have anything unpleasant. Everything has always been perfect and we tell everybody about our lil place. Our four year old son calls it out beach home and he is right. Cannot wait to come back next year! Thanks for the memories!

What a great find. You walk out your door and onto the beach. No street to cross. Also, since only about 20 units, the beach was never crowded and you did not feel like you were on top of others, unlike other hotels. The kitchen had everything.
