The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was steps from the beach, which made it very convenient for us with small children. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a very nice bonus. This is our 2nd time staying in this property and we will be back again.

Was a great location and the space was as described. Having direct access to beach and getting chairs was the best part! The community was gated and felt safe and secure. It would have been nice to have more toiletries provided (soap, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc). The space was clean and kitchen fully stocked with items for cooking. I would suggest updating the blankets and the couches as they were worn and had some stains.

This is a great gated location with a private beach. Are group had rented a 4 extended stay room here and we had a blast. There is on site laundry that is clean. There are also 2 BBQ grills for the community. It is a short walk to the beach. Wr got umbrellas and chairs with the room so that mafe it nice. There are tons of things to do in the area it's located near all the hot spots.

Only problem we had was we were kick out of our beach seats. The keeper of the seats said our unit had not paid their "fee". Problem was quickly resolved. Looking forward to next year.

Overall was very happy with stay as always this rental I stayed only thing I think was in need of repair was the carpet for what this places cost now my opinion carpet should be close to perfect not coming loose in the doorway to the bedroom.For me that not going to keep me from returning here I always love staying at this location . The view convenience gated quiet can't go wrong.

Capri by the Gulf is the only place that we will stay now when we go to Destin. We have stayed in several different units the last two years. The convenience of parking right in front of the unit and steps away from the beach make the experience over high rise condos much more enjoyable. The laundry facilities have been updated. Generally quiet and also the section of the beach is not overly crowded. Some units are a little more updated than others but overall the ones we have stayed in have been clean and comfortable.

WE love the Capri and always stay here. We have stayed in at least four different units over the years. It's great to just pull up to your room and then be 20ft from the sand on the beach. Our rooms are always clean. It may be an older converted Motel but it is so very quaint. The property managers are beyond welcoming and quite friendly. We had a maintenance issue this year with the air conditioning and the staff was on it immediately and willing to move us to an empty unit if it was going to be a timely repair. The location is perfect. Will continue to return to the Capri as long as we keep coming back to Destin.

We’ve wanted to stay at Capri for probably 15 years now but our group was always too large for one unit. We finally had the right size group and were able to make my Mom’s dream of staying at Carpi come true. It was WONDERFUL. It was everything we wanted it to be. The location & ease of access to the beach was perfect, especially with a toddler! We’re already planning our next trip!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was easy access to the beach and literally steps away! I loved that it was not crowded and had beach chair set up. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

This is the best place to stay!! This was our 2nd time staying in the Capri and we love it. The staff is very helpful, rooms are always clean, and we love the quick access to the beach. Gated community so we feel really safe staying there. Brady with Happy Days umbrella set up on the beach was amazing and helpful. This will be the only place me and my family will stay!! Thanks for great memories!!

Capri by the gulf is our favorite vacation spot. With 2 little kids we want easy access to the beach with beach amenities provided (we already have so much to carry) and Capri by the gulf provides just that. Single story with direct private beach access and chairs and umbrella provided daily. It’s the perfect place!

This unit was rented for my 78 year old mom, my 24 year old daughter who has special needs, and me, so that we could enjoy a beach vacay with my brother and his wife who rented the unit next to ours. It was PERFECT for us!!! This was my first time to rent but it hopefully will not be my last.

Where do I begin other than absolutely beautiful views of the gulf, white sand, early moring sunrises and gorgeous sunsets that are just steps away from the front door. Private gated units with an observation deck where one can have their breakfast, lunch or dinner. There's two BBQ grills to do all your grilling. Room was wonderful for an old stlye Motel. Big living room with full kitchen and bedroom was big enough for two queens beds with plenty of space to walk in. Updated tile shower, no tub which was great for us. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is right in front of your door, beats having to walk across a hot parking lot to get to your car to unload and reload. Great place for small families or private couples retreat. Definitely worth staying here.

My family and I always enjoy staying at the Capri by the gulf! It’s so close to the beach and not a high rise condo so it’s easy to pack the family out to the beach and back in! Having a private beach and chairs and umbrellas set up everyday for you by the beach service is nice too! Can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Suite 114 is steps away from the beach, and loved having access to the free cabana daily. Beds, living area, and bathroom great! Only complaint was the dish washer. It only heated the dishes, with no or minimal water seemed to be washing the dishes and debris was left on the dishes. Would definitely recommend this location!!

We love the Capri and all of the staff working there! We arrived on Dec. 26,and stayed until Mar. 15. We would rather have stayed till Apr. 1, as we have in the past. Please inform the HOA of this request as most of the snowbirds agree with this request and would like to stay longer.

Definitely want to shout out to the chair guy on the beach. Super quick to go up to a group of people with their radio and tell them they had to move further away from me and my wife trying to relax.

We've been vacationing with HBV at Capri by the Gulf for years. It is simple, no-fuss, beach front living at it's best! Every unit is beach front. It's clean and we've had great customer service.

This property truly is beach side. I wasn’t sure from the pictures posted and the price. I couldn’t believe something so cheap would be beach side. And the property was great. It served its purpose which was giving us a comfortable place to sleep and a great kitchen to cook in. There was also a grill outside that we could cookout on as well as a patio area to eat or relax and enjoy the ocean view. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Capri numerous times, and always have a fantastic visit. The only issue we had with this visit is the AC wasn't working, however, they were quick to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to be working too well on our last night.

Location, location, location! Capri 114 is literally steps from the beach. The unit was very clean and the Capri property as a whole was quiet. I understand the difficulties in accommodating every traveler's personal preference for comfort. This being said, the bed was extraordinarily firm and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on. Outside of that we were right on the beach and loved having direct access to the ocean. The unit was very clean and as described. Harmony Beach Vacations management was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to the end of the rental process. I would definitely stay at Capri 114 again!

We love these quiet little condos. East access to the beach, gated so you feel safe. More private than the large high rise condos. Could use new carpet and a more comfy bed, but overall we had a great vacation. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we're looking forward to a longer stay next winter! The Capri is in the perfect location, right on the beautiful beach,but only minutes from shopping or some really great places to eat. We really enjoyed all of the "snow bird" specials! We also made some great new friends , not only the other snow birds, but the helpful, friendly Capri staff. Can hardly wait to get back to our "other" home!!!

49 years ago, my husband and I spent our honeymoon at Capri by the sea in Destin Florida. It was nothing more than a little medium classed motel but, as it turned out, it was the best choice that could've been made for our family. We came every summer for 20 years there after with our two children. We have come many times since then by ourselves. This last three night stay was one for the memory book for us. Thank you for remaking Capri by the sea into Capri by the Gulf and providing such a wonderful place for people to enjoy.

We love the Capri. The past few years a woman checked us in and was very helpful. The young man that was at the front desk this years was too busy on the phone to be helpful. I was disappointed. We loved our stay despite that though and will be back.

For 10 years my experience at the Capri has been wonderful. Great Staff and Management. However, The Beach Service is horrible. The service has turned a marked Private Beach to a free for all. The Service is rude and practically nonexistent. Call me if you need more information.

I have stayed at Capri for three years in a row. I love the resort and location. The staff are always friendly. My condo is always very clean. We travel with 4-6 family's each year and every has loved staying at the Capri. We highly recomend it to other families if you are looking for a low key, relaxing, beautiful getaway, then Capri is your place.

The rooms are amazing with gulf views and sea breeze and sandy beaches access all day and all night long. The surf sounds accompanied the wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Convent location with as much privacy or guests interaction as you could want. Laundry and BBQ grills for guest use. I'lm already planning my September stay at Capri by the sea
