Have been coming to Capri for many years. Love this place. The problem with unit 106 is it only has 3 chairs for the kitchen table, the couch and chair needs updating, the air conditioning vents in the bedroom and bathroom point straight down so when your in bed or using the bathroom it blows straight down on you and the outdoor furniture needs to be updated. As the price of the unit goes up yearly, the unit needs to be updated.

For 6 years I have rented in Capri by the Gulf, it is the best place I have ever rented and it is the best vacation I can have.Thanks to the entire team that makes it possible for many people like me to have an excellent vacation.

The misses and I stayed 4 nights at the condo, and it pretty much exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and the weather cooperated most of the time. Any place can use a little sprucing from time to time, but things were really nice, and we would definitely go back. The only thing that we might consider needing an upgrade is the shower. Pulling the tub and glass sliding doors and go to a walk in shower (grab rails) would be much more accommodating and safer. Very clean and overall comfortable. The wife had her reservations at first, but that changed in a few minutes after we arrived. Thanks Megan for all your help and patience.

We love the Capri so very much! We were real happy to see some property upgrades happening! The deck had improved, Washers and Dryers were real nice! Our actual unit (106) could use some attention to the wear and tear, and to the kitchen supplies, but overall we were very happy as always!

We have stayed here before and love the whole place. The only thing we have a problem with is the bed. It’s very old and you sink into a dip. We did notice they put a new mattress pad on that helped some.

Been going to Capri on the gulf for a dozen years, now. The perfect place for relaxing in relative quiet. Would've bored me when I was young & looking to party!(that's not a denegration!-- my kids are grown & gone, and my wife & I love the peace!)

We travel to Destin year after year, and we always stay at the Capri by the Gulf. It is our home away from home and our little piece of paradise this side of heaven. As long as we can, we plan to be there in all our years to come, as we feel like our lives are meant to be near the Gulf, and there is no better place than the Capri.

My room was on the end closest to the beach. Only thing I didn’t have was private patio but they don’t have many of those. My room 106 had everything we needed and the ac worked great! Loved that it was so close to the beach. I have no complaints. Checked in early which was a blessing traveling so far from Lubbock, Texas.

We began staying at the Capri, unit 106 in 2015. It seemed to be freshly remodeled at that time. Since then it has certainly shown some signs of wear and tear. We were pleasantly surprised this year to learn that it has a new owner, and there was a good improvement over the past couple of years! We love the Capri so much! Would still love to see a gas grill like there was when we first started coming. Also the deck on this side often has dangerous nail pops that we will hammer back in so nobody catches a toe on one of them or is tripped while climbing the stairs. It seems it should have had screws installed instead of nails when it was built. The Capri is a slice of heaven though and we look forward to many more visits! Very happy that this unit has a new owner!

We have been fortunate enough to come to Destin year after year for a long time. This is our go to place to get away and enjoy our little piece of Heaven. Since we found the Capri, we don't think twice about staying anywhere else. It's home away from home and we absolutely love it.

We had the best time during our week at Capri! Our condo was clean and comfortable and just exactly what we needed for our getaway for two! The office staff is very helpful and friendly and we even made fast friends with other families who were staying around us. Will definitely be back! :)

We had a nice experience and will definitely be back. Nice full functional kitchen with all the plates ,cups nice fridge. All you would need. We just went and grabbed a few things to make there when we did not go out. The only thing I had an issue with was the bed. It was very rough. And I didn't get the best sleep. All in all we will be going back.

We have been vacationing in the Destin area for about 15 years, but this was our first time at Capri. My husband and I went for our 25th wedding anniversary. This unit was clean, the air conditioning was cold, and the deck leading down to the beach is just 25 steps from the front door. And beach service is included, which is really nice. There is only one thing that I would say could be improved, and that is the mattress. It just wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, this unit was perfect. I definitely want to stay at Capri again in the future.

Winter in the sun. 14 years we have spent here Capril located on Crystal Beach. White sand and beautiful sunsets to close out a peaceful day. No two sunsets are the same. We have had one remarkable one painted and when home it reminds us how beautiful the area is. Residents of Destin should cherish it.

Everything was A+++! This is our 3rd time staying at Capri. This unit could stand to have a new mattress but other than that location, cleanliness, easy booking, no crowded beach was great. Capri is our vacation rental. ❤️

The view was amazing! The room was very comfortable. The a/c worked great!!! This room was steps from the beach! My only complaint would be the laundry facility. Being on vacation for 2 weeks we HAD to do laundry. The washer drawers were so rusted that rust was falling in the machine with our clothes. The equipment washed and dried awesome but the rust did ruin some whites. I know this is due to salt but definitely an amenity that needs updated. I would go again 100 times and I would definitely stay in this room!!! This was my third time back to Capri!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Capri 106 was a perfect spot with private access to the sugar sand beach. The chair and umbrella service on the beach was very convenient. Our room was bright, cheery, quiet and very tidy. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate breakfast at Capri daily and prepared the red snapper we caught deep sea good! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Yes love to stay at the Capri it’s the only place we will stay in Destin. The unit 106 is in a great location we did have water bugs we seen 4 of them in our unit. I also had a problem with the stoves front right burner staying on high or real low setting it would not go on a medium setting. The blinds in the bedroom, one of the blades was broke on the right side but someone taped a piece of cardboard on it so no one could see in. On the outside walking to the deck there is a hole along side of the fence and the drive way this needs to be fixed a child or someone could walk in to it and hurt themselves and the 2nd set of steps leading to the sand going to the beach need to be replaced the nails are coming out sticking up from the wood and the step was pooping up another one is broke long ways these definitely need replaced for safety of all ages. I call the maintenance number and reported it but I didn’t see any difference in the steps days later. The plug in electrical outlet in the living room by the lamp will not work on the top plug and the lights switch for the dining room and kitchen do not work properly the dimmer may work one day then then later they won’t light up. It was clean and still delightful to stay in just a few things that y’all need to know about. We will see you next year ❤️ I absolutely love the Capri.

We have stayed at the complex multiple times, and this specific units, twice! We love this hidden treasure- and look forward to each trip! The unit could use a new bed- it was really uncomfortable on the one side.. and it would be so nice for an upgraded coffee machine. Other than that- it truly is perfect and I can’t wait for our next stay in the complex!

Capri on the gulf is in my opinion a little hidden gem. I have vacationed here year after year. If you want privacy and peace and quiet at nights to sleep and easy access to your room and the beach right outside your door then this is the place. Its conveniently located near all the shopping and fine Destin restaurants as well.

We have been coming to the Capri for 14 years. We stay about 4 months, December to March. The weather is just great, the beach is beautiful and the sunsets are awesome. No two are alike. We love it so much. John and Angie are very professional and have a staff that treats us all like family and friends. Cristal White sand and breathtaking sunsets. Plenty of beach front for walking, and relaxing in beach chairs/umbrellas. Plenty things to do in Destin with the children. If you want other things to do try playing golf or visit the numerous thrift and antique shops to find treasures. Something for everyone of all ages. Just relax and refresh. You might see a dolphin or two. Bring your binoculars and take plenty of pictures. Before going home make a reservation for next year. The word is our how great Destin is.

We have been staying at the Capri since 2008. We have enjoyed 12 years of retirement looking out the massive view of the Gulf. The blue water and white sand couldn't be any better. We have met couples and owners all who have been so warm and friendly. We feel like family to so many of them. The Capri is part of the history of Crystal Beach area. The owners have chosen wonderful managers in John and Angie. Their staff is always so helpful and bring us all together for several events. Each year seems to slip by so fast just as the beautiful sunsets do. We have captured many colorful pictures; even had a painting of one done by a local artist. No two sunsets are the same to enjoy on the deck with your favorite wine and friends. Come and enjoy while you can.

We had a great 5 days in unit 106. The unit was clean and functional fo all our needs. If there was any negative it was with the skillets. They were well used and could stand to be replaced. We had a great time and the weather cooperated with us for the time of the year we were there. We'd highly recommend Capri by the Gulf.

We absolutely LOVE our vacations at the Capri! This was our 6th year to stay at the Capri, we have stayed in 102, 105, and 106-each unit is wonderful but would love to see ceiling fans put in 106 as I think it would help circulate the air better and the AC wouldn’t have to run so hard-it got rather hot during the day. We love coming in August as the beaches aren’t overly crowded and the Capri is just the spot relax on the beach with the provided beach chairs and umbrella. The folks a Harmony are always lovely and helpful. Please don’t ever change the CAPRI, it is perfect just the way it is.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the condo. We were very close to the beach and had a lot of space between our umbrellas and chairs that were provided every day. The condo was fine and it was close to anything we needed to go to. We'd would recommend this place to anyone! It's a little piece of paradise and looking forward to staying there again.

We LOVE this rental, it was our second week-long stay. It is a beautiful little condo and offers everything we need. We plan on returning every year for as long as we can. Harmony Beach Vacations is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone, but there is a disconnect somewhere between HBV and the people you actually deal with upon check-in. It was mad chaos try to check in, our gate code that we received by email didn't work. We had received a very nice email saying to come in and enjoy the beach if our room wasn't ready, and the people at the desk were pretty hateful and told me I had NOT received any such email, which really offended me, especially since I had printed it out and had it in my hand. A family member in another unit waited until 6pm to gain access to their condo because the front desk said it hadn't been inspected yet?? No-one ever did come inspect it, so they waited all that time for nothing. After the check-in experience though everything was wonderful and we had a great time! The Gas Grill in the courtyard wasn't working, just as it wasn't the year before, but we used the Charcoal Grill. I think that needs to be addressed, as we like to grill every night. One of the security gates was broken and propped wide open and people were accessing the beach from the street...but despite these items, this Condo is lovely and we will be returning.

When we arrived we were very impressed with the location and the inside of our place. It was truly SO nice!! We loved we were 8 steps away from looking at the ocean, we could view the ocean from every single window and it was truly the best hidden secret. We definitely will be back over and over!

A second summer of having a week of fun with friends also staying at the same property. During peak season it makes it so much better to have this place with a private beach, with chairs and umbrella provided, with a condo that you drive right up to in your own assigned spots, with a deck and grills to share, and steps right down to the beach day or night. Anything else you needed was within just a mile or two including a helicopter ride down the beach. It couldn't be any easier to enjoy time in Florida.

We stayed at the Capri for the first time and had a positive experience. The only drawbacks were no ceiling fans or exhaust fan in the bathroom for the shower. The unit was very neat, updated, and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt safe and secure! Will definitely stay there again.

We have been staying at the Capri for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The units are always clean and well kept. We love the fact that we can park right in front of our condo and walk to the beach. We also enjoy the decks every morning and evening. This is always a quiet, low key place to stay.

The Capri unit 106 in Destin was exactly what we were looking for. A small property without the high rise commotion on the beach. The location was great. The unit was very nicely maintained and clean. The bedroom had a lovely and comfortable king bed. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVE the Capri by the Gulf location! This is the third year we have stayed at this location and keep returning for the awesome location and facilities. The best thing about our stay is the private beach. Because the Capri by the Gulf is a one story condo facility, the beach is not crowded as with other high rise locations. You literally back your car to the door for easy unloading. No need to drag your beach gear up and down an elevator or across the street. The beautiful gulf is literally right outside your door. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the condos have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each unit is individually owned, so be sure to look on-line for the most updated units. Unit 106 has a new kitchen and bath. Very nice! We had a fabulous vacation and can't wait to go back.

Capri 106 is a great place to stay! We stayed there for 10 days and 106 met all of our needs and expectations. It had nice furnishings, linens, and kitchen utensils. Upon arrival it was very clean and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It is literally steps for the beach! A lot of people advertise their condos as "steps from the beach", but they are sometimes many, many steps from the beach. 106 has the deck and steps that go down to the beach right out the front door. The private grounds were very quite and so was the private beach. 2 reserved parking spots right out the front door. The 2 free beach chairs/umbrella rentals was a money saver. No need for a balcony at 106. Just pull the chairs to the white picket fence and prop up your feet, or hang out on the deck! We will be back! BTW there was 3 of us that stayed here for ten days. My wife and I and our 4 yo son. Easiest and most pleasant reservation as well thanks to Edward!

Great location, drive up to unit and unload at your door take a deep breath and enjoy. The view can not be duplicated. Beautiful beach, sunsets are to die for. Staff and owners of Harmony are great and make you feel welcome. Can't say enough. Biggest worry is that the owners will sell out. They have something special. Love the deck for sunsets and meeting great people from all over the USA and Canada. Have made many friends.

We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Capri By The Gulf. Our condo was very clean and we loved the way it was decor. We would highly recommend Capri By The Gulf for your vacation. We ate at Melting Pot and Tuscany Italian Bistro. Wonderful food and service at both places.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice and helpful, we were right on the beach. Weather was perfect when we were there! My only complaint would be the key to the condo, it was hard to get the door open. But other than that it was great!! Cant wait to go back.
