What i liked most? The property is one floor, vintage but totally updated. We stayed in unit 105 and it was so clean. Plenty of linens. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We chose to go late January so our crowd was older and we loved it. I'm glad we chose the unit we did because the morning sun was behind us so we could enjoy coffee outside in the wonderful Adirondack type chairs provided. Appreciated the gates that kept unwanted visitors out. Can't wait to book again!

We had a very nice day Apri 105. The condo was very clean and everything was updated and decorated perfect for the beach. It was the perfect size for us. We loved the short walk to the beach and having the chairs and umbrella. We look forward to staying at this unit again next September.

Had a great 3- day vacation. The Capri unit #105 met all our needs, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained and was a quick walk to the beach. The staff at Harmony Beach were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Harmony Beach Rentals and Capri by the Beach.

I stayed in unit 105 which was beautifully remodeled and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and I loved being just steps from the beach. I also loved sitting out on the deck and I made some new friends out there whom I had a great time with. The faucet on the bathroom sink is hooked up backwards....hot is to the right and cold left. Not a big deal once I figured it out. I will be back. The staff was great when I needed them and Capri may not look like much from the beach but it is a gem!

This is the fifth year of our staying at Capri 105. We have always enjoyed and appreciated the stay. We found our little vacation spot to be as accommodating as usual. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Magen was great to work with via the phone.

Our stay was just like I thought it was going to be! Great! The first time we stayed at the Capri, was in the early 1970's. We have stayed at the Capri lots of times over the years! I shared a postcard from the 1960's with the lady in the office. We will be returning later this fall!

Love the gated rentals with private beach access. The short walk to the beach made this rental a perfect choice for us. The umbrella covered sitting area for morning coffee or evening cocktails was nice as well. Close to everything - grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. would highly recommend to anyone.

We have been blessed to travel to Destin every year since 1987. Quite a few years ago, we found the Capri and we haven't considered staying anywhere else since. This year we rented three units together so our Children and Grandchildren could be right next to us. We have never been disappointed with the Capri for any reason. We kind of hope the word doesn't get out about this well-kept secret of a Home away from Home. We want to make sure our Unit we rent every year is available. We are already planning our next trip.

This is a great place to visit the coast. Room was clean and the location perfect. Just walk out the door and a few steps to the beach. The deck was a great place to watch the sunsets. We’ve already booked for next year.

This was my family’s 4th year vacationing in Destin while staying at Capri by the Gulf. We love the beautiful area and beach’s. Capri is the perfect place to rest a while before heading back outdoors. We pray for many more visits and plan on staying at the same location. Everything we needed was at our unit. Sisters weekend. This cute little unit was perfect for the 2 of us! Could hear the ocean which was right outside our door. We had everything we needed in a great location. Sadly the weather did not cooperate but thankfully the outlet mall right down the road.

If you want to stay at a clean, inexpensive, low key condo then Capri is for you! I honestly cannot think of anything that was a negative for us but if I had to mention one it would be the mattress on the pull out bed was very thin but our kids layered it with blankets and slept perfectly, on the last day we found the egg crate pad in the closet-lol :) We have always stayed at the larger complexes and though we loved them this was like a home away from home and it was never crowded. We had an umbrella and chairs set up everyday (right in front of the crystal clear waves, not rows behind it!)and they are included with the price of the condo. The beach was never crowded, my kids could run and play comfortably. The only part some families may not like is the fact they have no pool, this was no problem for us as we are beach bums and never get in a pool since we can do that anytime at home. This place is perfect, you walk out your front door and are steps from the beach, no elevators or waiting in lines. We made friends with the other families/owners and felt a welcoming sense of community at Capri that is not common at larger resorts. We hope to keep coming back to Capri for years to come, and thank you to all the kind, helpful staff we encountered during our amazing trip!

We had a wonderful four night stay and are already planning our next. We enjoyed that it was an adult/family rental so it was peaceful. We had ocean front private beach access with chair service daily. There were all living essentials readily available in our room.

What a beautiful view from our front door. Steps away from the stairs down to the beach. Very quiet, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore all evening and through the night.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The powdery white sand is literally steps from your door. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the room was spotless! The linens were very clean, we had plenty of towels and extra sheets, Plus any kind of kitchen cookware or appliances you could need! I love this place in particular because it's a smaller facility, you don't have to deal with crowds, waiting on elevators, you're right next to your vehicle so you just jump in your car and go when you want to! It's gated so you don't have to worry about people coming in or setting up camp on the beach. It's less than a half a mile to shopping and restaurants but you don't feel like you are close to the traffic of Destin. I absolutely loved it and would go back right now if I could!

This was our third year to stay at the Capri. We vacation with other couples and book 3-4 of the Condos. This year we had 102,105,106, and 109. They never disappoint! The staff was super friendly, the condos were very clean and the grounds were beautiful. Nothing could beat the simplicity, the location, the layed back atmosphere, and the beach front beauty of this cozy little place. We are huge fans of the Capri by the Gulf, and hope to return for many years to come!

We love the quaint, quiet feel of Capri. You set on the deck in the mornings and have coffee with your neighbors just like you were at home. Harmony has always been AWESOME to deal with, although we messed up this year and went through VRBO instead of Harmony and was charged an extra $100+ fee because we booked through VRBO. Call Harmony direct if you wish to stay here. They are very friendly and helpful.

Interior starting to show its age a bit. Dusting not high on cleaning list. A few light bulbs burnt out. Over all satisfied with cleanliness. But didn't come there to stay in the room of course. OMG! This place is the best beach rental! With only 1 bedroom and a fold out sofa bed it is not for large families. But for the small family or just couples it is perfect. Very clean, king bed in our room and ceiling fans makes it just right. The kitchen is small but very well stocked. Plenty of towels. You are given a starter of toilet paper and papertowels and you replenish as needed. Just steps away from the beach! Chairs and umbrella is provided for you. I will be coming back here often.! I hope they never sell out to the big condo companies!

This was the most layed back no pressure place that I've ever stayed in Destin. Parking right in front of the room, gated, never locked my car and has doors of room open most of time. Felt secluded even tho is was right in the heart of everything. Love love loved it. Very clean and tidy. Everything worked and easily managed.

Our front door was literally less than 25 steps from the deck that started our white sand adventure. 2 chairs and an umbrella with our name reserved on them waited for us to arrive daily. The front office staff was very friendly and the area is very quiet. All units are one story therefore no elevators to haul your belongings up and down. Two parking spots are also reserved for each unit. I will never stay in a high rise again in Destin. The beach area is also reserved for Capri guests only so you are not piled on top of unwanted guests.

Best staff, location, convenient to everything including walking distance to Camilles, a small quaint bistro with fresh coffee and breakfast and amazing lunches and cocktails. Evening live entertainment as well. The private beach is not overly crowded and complimentary chairs and umbrellas daily! Will definitely stay again and again! Also it has gates with key pads and codes including into our room so all around for privacy and protection !

First time in Destin so we only stayed a few days. And I picked this hotel because it seemed quiet and peaceful, which is what we were looking for. Best choice ever made! There are hundreds of oversized (more expensive) condos all around this little place, but nothing could beat the quaint feeling here. We went in September so there was no crowding, the weather was perfect, and I did NOT want to leave. The staff is helpful, we got into our room a few hours early, so we got to enjoy the private beach sooner than later. Great experience - will go back ASAP.

July 4th week is a busy time in Destin. Capri by the Gulf has only a few condos, it's gated, and has its own posted private beach (complete with umbrella and chairs). Fun, relaxing time!

We were pleasantly surprised by Capri. The rooms are extremely old and dated, as expected, BUT very clean and everything worked. The access to the beach is awesome. Its nice to stay somewhere more quaint and easy over some of the bigger hustle and bustle places. I would highly recommend. Seems like theres an ocean view from every room the way its laid out.

Loved the beach area. Less crowded than most spots in the area.Saw dolphins almost every day from the beach.Not a good place to surf fish but we found other areas for that.Only thing that would have made it better would be a swimming pool!
