Location and beach service were wonderful! Rental was very clean and staff was amazing and very accommodating! I would recommend updating the inside of the rental- dresser drawers are falling apart,, tips and tears in the furniture, bathroom and closet sliding doors off the rail, and some minor woodwork painting should be done.

We had an amazing time. It was a very cute hotel right on a beautiful beach and a great location. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go up and down the strip and to the convenience stores as well as grocery stores. You do not need to rent a car when you have the golf cart which is so much fun.

Condo was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. In a great location! Steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Management was very easy to communicate with. Having a beach umbrella and two chairs provided everyday was a great bonus!

We had a memorable stay at Harmony’s Beach Vacations rental, Capri by the Gulf 102. Remembering the old fashion motor lodges, we found this place to be charming and nostalgic. The unit itself, was upgraded nicely, decorated lovely, had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there and look forward to making our way back to the beautiful clear green waters of Destin.

Oh my! If you’re in search of clean, quiet, one-level beachside getaway without all the noise and elevator nonsense, this place is for you! This was my second year to book at this location and I’m sold! Keith and staff were so responsive to helping secure the location by phone. *yes you can book all online* Staff were great with communicating by email and text messaging once I arrived.You can’t beat daily beachside umbrella service, spacious and unobstructed views while on the beach...did I mentioned unobstructed? No need to pack and lug that heavy canopy! This location is perfection for couples, girls trip, or family with young/small children. I appreciate the gated features and ease of parking. No pool but your steps from the largest, most beautiful Gulf “pool”. :)For you foodies, you’ll find plenty of restaurants for a nice dinner(s) out. If you prefer beach-bum status (me!) grab your groceries for the week and prepare to unplug! My family have already looked into reservations for next summer. Consider me a regular ️Winner winner lobster dinner!!

Overall it was very good. There were a couple minor issues that we shared with the office when checking out. There were some stains on the primary bedroom wall by the end table on right side of the bed. The closet door in the bathroom was missing the roller/pin on top so the bi-fold operates as a door. Only one of the 2 light switches to the right of the door when walking into condo worked (outside light). Inconvenient when coming home At night and had to go to bar area to turn on interior lights. Also outlet in bedroom, on right side of bed, only one of the two outlets worked.

This was our second time in staying at Capri by the Gulf. Overall it was a good experience. It would have been nice if the umbrellas on the deck's were opened on a daily basis.

We love to stay at capri. The rooms are always nice, clean, and neatly decorated. The private beach is a big plus. Personally I like to spend my time relaxing on the deck while the family enjoys the beach. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

This is not the place for you if you are looking for a crowed, noisy beach vacation. This place is small very quiet with easy access to the room and and short walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella. Only negative I could say is mattress is old and needs to be replaced. I had two maintenance problems during my stay and they were quickly resolved by an on site guy.

Harmony Vacation Rentals are so easy and convenient! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is our 2nd year in Capri 102! It’s just easy living at a convenient location and an affordable price! When describing to a friend, I said it’s a funky, 70’s motel made into a modern condo! It’s perfect for my husband and I to get away! Super peaceful and quiet, short distance to our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, and close to all the great restaurants Destin has to offer! Perfect for a middle-aged couple without kids!

The rental was easy to book and the staff was very kind. Our unit was clean and we noticed no issues. The beach service and easy access made our trip with a toddler so much less stressful. The area around the unit is very nice, we enjoyed walking around to restaurants, shops and trying to catch the ice cream truck.

This was our second stay at Capri 102 and being right on the beach is wonderful. The complex is located in a perfect spot and the gated parking is a big plus. The only complaint I have about Capri 102 is chest of drawers is broken in the bedroom and was considered useless during our stay. Other than this minor inconvenience it was the perfect place to vacation.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed the private beach and deck overlooking the gulf & beach. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked to cook a meal. We would definitely come here again.

We have been enjoying Destin (Crystal Beach) since 1986!This time we were celebrating our 25th Anniv.This was the perfect place!Right on the beach, everything we needed and a comfy bed!! Most relaxing vacation ever. Perfect in every way. The manager even brought over a bottle of wine!!Make Capri by the Gulf your next beach destination for sure. ( we don't like the hi rise ant farm scene. so this is perfect, true to form for Crystal Beach area)

We stayed in Capri 102 for 7 nights & think it is the best kept secret in the Destin area. Small oceanfront property with easy access to the beach. Very much appreciated the value of the complimentary 2 beach chairs & umbrella. The unit is small, but was perfect for 2 people and had all we needed. We did use the laundry facilities, which as very convenient ($1.75 per load) - take quarters with you. Walked to Camilles, 790 on the Gulf & the Crab Trap - all within easy walking distance. Love this area of Crystal Beach & will definitely visit again!

Capril by the Gulf 102 is very nice! It had everything my husband and I needed for our vacation. Even with Hurricane Michael happening during our staff, the staff at Harmony Beach Vacations made our stay as pleasant as they possibly could. I highly recommend using Harmony Beach Vacations and staying at the Capri by the Gulf 102!

My husband and I stayed for our Anniversary. When we got in the room there was a bottle of Champagne and a glittery silver sign that said LOVE. This added so much. Very sweet people that work here. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in a while. Love how everything was new, but LOOKED old school! An old bicycle added to the touch. The gate was awesome. The view was magnificent! I want to stay here again VERY SOON!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CAPRI ! THANKS AGAIN TO THE STAFF !!! FRONT DESK LADY WAS SUPER NICE AND DOWN TO EARTH.

My husband and I were MORE than pleased with our stay at Capri. The unit was so clean when we got there and was supplied with all we needed for our first night. I can't say enough about how wonderful customer service we received!!! No question was treated as insignificant and everyone went out of their way to be helpful...even the young man on the beach that helped us with umbrellas and chairs!!!

Wonderful time. Beautiful weather. Comfortable size for 1 or 2. Suggest providing dish washing liquid so that one could wash dishes a little at a time. The air conditioner is very loud and the vents look like they need to be cleaned. A small rug inside the door to wipe sand off feet would be nice.

We had a wonderful week at the Capri 102. The unit was clean and has been updated. It was just the right size for my husband and me. The beach was a short walk out the front door, and was beautiful. There were beach chairs and umbrellas included. The on site management were very responsive to anything that came up.

Overall we had a wonderful stay in 102. Just a couple of recommendations; the bed is comfortable but noisy. Suggest better cookware, such as pots & pans. Also, we only had 1 kitchen towel & 1 kitchen cloth. Everything else was great!

We loved our stay at Capri vacation rentals in Destin. Fl. We were looking for a quick spur of the moment getaway and we were so pleased to find ourselves in this cute updated retro unit. Our entire experience was a positive one with super nice employees and comfortable clean rooms. The beaches were beautiful. We are planning our next trip. That says it all.

Could have spent a month or 2 there. New appliances, Ceiling fans, AC that could hang meat it was so cold (a good thing) Private Beach with Umbrella and chairs. Comfortable king size bed. Looking forward to my next stay

We loved the rental. It was very comfortable and the decor was charming. It was a short walk to go down on the beach which made it easy to go back and forth. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evening. We met nice people and had fun visiting with them each evening. Thank you to the owners for sharing this little slice of paradise with us!!

Having grown up on the Florida panhandle, this place is low-key enough to remind me of the beaches before all of the commercialization. However, it's updated enough to provide high comfort with luxurious touches, and - of course - those pristine, white beaches that the Gulf Coast is known for. Ahh... I wish I were there now...

We travel from Newfoundland, Canada and we have stayed at many other areas of Florida through the years and the Destin area can hold up to any of them. It is a beautiful , clean very safe area , with the most beautiful beaches , plenty of shopping just a few miles away and great restaurants.We stayed at Capri by the Gulf 102. The unit is very nice,bright and clean. Although it is not a large unit, you will quickly realize that it is actually a good size for two people. The unit is in good shape and nicely appointed, from the adequately equipped kitchen to the neat living, dining area. The king size bed was very comfy and the bathroom, shower were also quite adequate and clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We enjoyed the privacy of the gated parking lot which made us feel safe. This is a small converted motel style vacation resort , like something from the 1950-1960 era. Not high end, not posh, and if that sort of thing doesn't matter to you than you won't find a nicer place to stay. The beaches are stunning , very clean, and private , they supply you with chairs and sunbrella , right on the beach.The only thing I realized was that they will soon have to put a little TLC in certain areas, such as the decking. This is not a knock , just an observation. In closing , you will love your time spent here.....we did.

We loved the closeness of everything this rental had to offer. We were close to the ocean,Shopping,food. The staff was super nice and our room was everything we needed to feel home away from home. Among all the high rises this gem sits taking you back to a time when things were at a slower and more relaxing pace. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.

We have visited Destin at least once a year for the past 20 years now. We've never stayed at Capri because we usually have our entire family with us but we were able to get away for a quick anniversary trip and decided to try the Capri. We absolutely loved it. This unit was perfect for us! Love that its just a few feet from the beach. We actually already have another trip planned at the Capri in October. Can't wait to go back.

Bed was very comfortable. Would've preferred a room with a bath tub - but would definitely rent the same room again. Couch was awesome! A little too much furniture in the den area. Love the beach access.

We have been coming to Capri for 30 years. This was by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in at Capri. 102 is very tastefully decorated, we had beach towels, complimentary wine, the bed slept great. Great vacation!! I hope the owner gets this feedback. Also, the new chairs on the decks and the gas grill are very nice.

This was our 2nd year to stay at the Capri. We stayed in Condo 102 this time around....and loved it. It obviously had been updated recently. The location of the Capri is perfect and it has that vintage feel. Unlike the high rises where you have to worry about elevators and mass groups of people - the Capri is quiet and easy to get to the beach. I love it here.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights and could not have asked for anything better. We stayed in the Capri condos and they were right on the beach. Super clean and the friendliest front office. Couldn't have been happier. We will definately be staying there again in the future.

We were extremely happy with our stay and pleasantly surprised that the unit seemed much nicer than its photos. From the street, this complex doesn't look like much (in comparison) but once you're in an experiencing the convenience, it's clear that this spot is a gem. Great location, comfortable, clean and updated accommodations and AWESOME beach access. Not much more you could ask for. Thanks for a great vacation!
