BRAND NEW CONDO boasts one of the largest balconies in PCB with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and beside Pier Park’s shopping/entertainment/fun. “Gypsea’s View” offers a King bed in the Primary Bedroom with an ensuite luxury bath. There is an additional full bath in the hall. The main living space provides a pull-out sofa for guests. This unit is in a premier location that overlooks the pool. It is situated on the third floor, which is conveniently the same level as the walkover beach access and the crosswalk that leads directly to the parking garage.

This unit comes with 1 parking space. Calypso charges $60 per vehicle to park per stay. You can NOT get more than one parking pass with this property. You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking passes online via email.

Calypso Resort and Tower III is a fantastic destination for your trip to the beach! Built in 2020, this new complex is in pristine condition with amenities you have to see to believe! The spacious fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, weights, and much more! Enjoy a quick workout with fabulous views of the huge outdoor swimming pool. The massive, luxurious outdoor swimming pool is truly a gem! Splash in the zero-entry pool, relax in the hot tub, or lay out on the comfortable loungers that surround the pool. This complex has a unique feature for its guests to rent poolside cabanas! Feeling hungry after all the fun you're having? Emerald Hub, a quaint café located inside Tower 3, is the perfect stop for coffee, lattes, ice cream, parfaits, fruit cups, smoothies, drinks, donuts, and Boar's Head sandwiches! Emerald Hub is open 7 am-8 pm! Guests of Tower III can use the beach access for Calypso Towers I and II. Calypso Resort and Tower III is the destination spot you will want to visit again! It's located on the west end of the beach and within walking distance to the Panama City Beach fishing pier and the new Pier Park shopping center! You can walk to get groceries or to a nearby restaurant for dinner - no rental car necessary! Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities, including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic-size pool and a Kids Splash Pool.

10/10 We didn’t want to leave. Not our first time staying at the Calypso but, it was the first staying with RealJoy and staying in Tower 3 and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The unit was very clean. The bed wasn’t bad. It was extremely convenient being on floor 3 which is the same floor to use the sky bridge to go to the beach. It was extremely quiet. Both bathrooms were super clean and nice. Tower 3 has a large zero entry pool that is great for people with young children. I cannot express enough how convenient this unit is to everything to pier park, the pier, the beach, and so many great restaurants that are within walking distance. Walmart and Target are just a few minutes away from this resort. The pool was heated and not crowded. The balcony is on the west side of the unit, which was perfect for us to enjoy coffee on it and not be blinded by the morning sun, and watch the most amazing sunsets over the pier. My family will without a doubt book this unit again.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean and modern. The resort itself was really nice as well. Location was amazing and there were so many restaurants walking distance. Beach had convenient private access across the street. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in PCB.

My husband & I booked here as a last minute honeymoon! We’ve stayed here at the Calypso a few years ago, and knew we’d want to come back! We were able to book 5 nights the day before check in! The place is beautiful, with an amazing pool and an outside bar! The place is well kept! My husband and I noticed how pristine they keep the pool which is phenomenal! The workers were out there every day before pool opened and closed cleaning it! Our unit was pretty, with an amazing view, and very functional! Would recommend to our friends and will 100% be back!

Awesome space

Everything was great. Had Everton needed. Kitchen has all appliances needed and everything needed to cook a meal. Bed was comfy. Had hair dryers, iron, and a steamer. The balcony was probably the best we've had in all the condos at this resort that we've stayed in. The condo was beautiful.

My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here. Conveniently located walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our kids loved the pool and it was easy to keep an eye out for them from the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Beautifully decorated and clean. Would definitely stay here again
