The host was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and not cluttered. Location of calypso towers is perfect for walking to pier park and all the amenities. The views are amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great great great location. Elevators were fast and plentiful. That was smooth. This particular unit had absolute bare minimum items in it. So bring extra materials. But all and all I would stay there again knowing that ahead of time. Great spot and great view.

The space was beautiful and so walkable with having 3 teenage kids with us. I gave 5 stars for the room as the host was great and the condo was really nice. There are a couple of gripes I have with the actual property management. They wouldn't let our boys throw any type of ball in the pool or have any type of pool toy which is the first time we have dealt with this. They also won't let you have any type of drink with you at the side of the pool....even if it was bought from their Tiki bar onsite. You have to keep all drinks back at your chair. I understand no glass, etc but to not be able to take a drink near the pool with us seemed a little ridiculous. Overall, in spite of those things, we had a great stay!

This is the second room we have stayed in at the Calypso and both times it has been excellent. Rooms are clean and look just like the pictures. Any issues we had while there they addressed immediately and they kept continuous contact with us before and during our stay. Highly recommend

Great place to stay! Within walking distance of about anything you would want to do! Pics are exactly what the condo is. Beautiful view! Need more dish towels and dish rags, other than that condo had about everything you would need to cook meals. Could not ask for a better place to stay! Our family had a wonderful vacation!!!!!

Property was as beautiful as pictured. One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. Property was busy, and we had zero elevator issues. Don’t hesitate to book. Condo didn’t have any beach supplies, so we had to purchase chairs, etc. we left them for future guests, but not sure if they will keep them. This isn’t an issue for those driving, but we flew and needed to purchase towels, beach chairs and sand toys.

This condo was very clean. The location is a walking distance from pier park and many restaurants. The condo is right on the beach. It does take some time to get an elevator sometimes because there are only 3 for the whole building. 2 of the 3 elevators were down one day, so we had to walk 11 flights of stairs. My only complaint would be the lack of security on the beach. Teenagers drink alcohol openly on the beach day and night. I saw teens bonging beer during the day. It does get loud at night, but it was spring break so it’s expected. The electricity went out one night for about an hour. I called the condo management company that rents this and they called me back within a few minutes to check on me. Very great communication! The condo isn’t supplied with soap, extra paper towels and toilet paper or garbage bags, so I’d make sure and remember those. I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

We are happy to know that you found this well-located unit to be very clean and RealJoy provided you with great communication. Please accept our apology for more supplies not being available. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited supply (starters) of such products as paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. Although we understand your frustration regarding certain beach activities, beach security, and the elevators, we unfortunately have no control over such issues outside of the interior of rentals at properties like Calypso. We have stayed at Calypso several times because we love the location. This condo was clean and beautiful! The only issue we had was the dryer does not shut off regardless of the setting it is on (timed dry, etc). You could not throw in a load of laundry to dry unless you were going to be right and able to check it every 30 minutes or so. Other than that, we loved this unit and would definitely stay again!
