1809 east was well furnished and comfortable, only real complaint is the channel selection in the master bedroom the living room has a better setup with direct TV. As far as cleanliness was ok,I did find a receipt from a previous guest in the master bedroom. The balcony turns the corner of the unit due to it being on the end of the building. The balcony chairs were just plain Jane, could have been better. The fact that I had to spend $60 for a parking pass and beach chairs were not included in the rental of the unit.

I’m sorry the master bedroom TV channel selection wasn’t as good as the living room — we’ll have our team check the setup so it’s easier to use. Apologies for the receipt you found; we’ve notified housekeeping and reinforced their checkout checklist. We’ll also review upgrading the balcony chairs to something more comfortable. I’m sorry the parking pass fee and lack of included beach chairs were an inconvenience — we’ll make those fees and beach-service details clearer in the listing and pre-arrival info. Great location. Great communication. Loved the space. I didn't see any other reviews mention the beds are extremely firm. The air conditioner worked great which is a must in FL. We will definitely be back soon!

Great view. Condo was very very nice and it was very clean. No problems with RealJoy. Easy checkin and out. The draw backs were: The beds were hard. The ice maker did not work. The wind howled around the end of the building which management can’t control but it ‘whistled’ through the front door., it needs weather stripping badly. With that said I still give the unit a 5 star rating.

We had a wonderful experience in Calypso 1809! We fell in love with the room and the complex both, and will absolutely be repeat renters. The ice maker in the freezer does not work, but that was not an issue for us, as we just bought a single bag of ice and used it for the week. We only used the cups, as we ate out for most every meal, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked! The bed in the master bedroom is VERY comfortable and the condo is exactly as advertised. The view absolutely cannot be beat! One delightful surprise were the box fans that were placed in the closets. My husband and I had already decided we would buy one when we got to PCB, as we have to have a fan to sleep. It was so nice to not have to go shopping for this! The location is wonderful, and we just cannot recommend Calypso or RealJoy enough!

Loved the condo. It was clean and beautiful. It was more than enough room for me and my family. It has an excellent beachside view and spectacular view of Panama City entering the room. The property was clean and the decor was as described in the listing. It is located perfectly for walking to pier park. We would definitely stay at this unit again. Suggestions are a table of some sort on the balcony and a mattress topper on both beds, the mattresses are kind of hard.

We will definitely stay in this condo again, although when we arrived, it appeared that no one had dusted in a while, and the second bathtub was sandy/dirty. Not a big deal considering all the pluses this property has, mainly that it's so close to Pier Park and at the end of the building where it's very quiet.

The condo was beautiful, and the view was breath-taking . We would definitely stay here again and hope to every year first of May . We love PCB and have been vacationing here for many years. This was the best trip... low crowds! The only thing that could be improved is maybe a mattress topper on both beds and better pillows. In one review I read before visiting ,the bed was referred to as hard. I thought that won't bother me I am not picky. Honestly after the first night it was extremely hard.

It was another awesome trip to Calypso and PCB. This place can’t be beat, it’s walking distance from everything you’ll need. It’s a place you park your car and you don’t see your car until your ready to go home. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit at Calypso Towers. It was well furnished and comfortable. One of our favorite features is the location of Calypso—it is within walking distance of the restaurants and shopping of Pier Park. We definitely would like to rent this unit again!

Only issue that we had was that Our reservations stated we were allowed two cars for the parking garage.. When we receive the request to register for the parking garage it did not specify that it would be $20 for each car it just said register. It definitely needs to be more clear because we arrived with two cars thinking we could use the same barcode and that was not allowed
