This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom custom home combines with convenience, featuring hardwood floors throughout, designer bathrooms, and a chef's kitchen complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a wine cooler. You will love the beautifully decorated living area, with 2 couches to enjoy watching TV on the large flat screen. The first floor has a master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the second floor has an additional master bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bathroom, bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunkbeds, and one more guest bedroom with a full bed, comfortably sleeping 8 guests! Your group will enjoy the added bonus features, including 4 complimentary bikes, a screened-in back porch with an outdoor gas grill, an outdoor shower, and storage for all your beach items, which you will appreciate as you are within walking distance to the beach access! You will fall in love with Calm Breeze Cottage!

Cottages at Eastern Lake is a private, sought after community, conveniently located on the south side of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach. The homes in Cottages at Eastern Lake are reminiscent of the Florida cottage style, full of coastal detail and charm. There is parking for 2 vehicles only. The small, quiet community offers such amenities as an elegant pool lined with palm trees, brick paver streets, and public park access to Eastern Lake just across the street, where one can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding. Cottages at Eastern Lake is within 5 minutes of Seaside, and only 10 minutes from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This well-appointed community is also within walking distance to the beach and fabulous shopping on 30A. Many fantastic restaurants are nearby including Café Thirty-A, Chiringo, and Grayton Seafood.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great time at the house. There was more than enough room for all of us and all rooms were great. The bikes were great to ride to the beach. The walk is also short if you aren’t carrying much. The Beachy Bean coffee has been our fav for years and was a very quick walk across the street. The screened in porch was great for rainy day games. We made many good memories at this house.we would definitely stay here again!

We completely loved this home! We truly had such an amazing time with our little family! We loved the bikes and having the beach and pool so close to us was amazing. The views when riding the bikes are amazing!!! I plan on coming back next year! I loved that we all had our own bathrooms and the kitchen was so big and spacious! Truly loved our trip! The home is lovely, spacious and well appointed. We had 11 people in the home during our stay and were all comfortable and never ran out of hot water for showers. It is an easy 10 minute+/- walk to the beach with some shopping and eating options within a walkable distance. The pool is large and well suited for families and young children. It is quiet and peaceful. The bicycles and beach chairs included is a nice touch. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
