This mid-century modern, ocean front home does not disappoint!! Lots of space, every room has its own on-suite with plenty of towels! The bikes to ride around where a great amenity as parking is hard to find at the 30A epi-center. Beach access was only 1 lot over and lots of security which was great to feel secure. We loved this home, location, vibe and amenitys!

I love this place! We arrived on Friday and didn’t get in our car until Wednesday to go home. We walked everywhere beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops.

We had a fantastic time at Butterfly Bluff! The location is amazing as it is only steps away from Seaside Village and the views from the house and back porch are what we come to the Emerald Coast for!! The house is great and the hosts were terrific! We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:
Location, location, location! This house (main house and guest house together) was amazing and met our expectations. On the beach, right next to public beach access. Amazing view. The house was clean and everything we needed. Accommodated our large group very well. The air conditioning was good and cold in the main house. The square and lots of wonderful restaurants are a short walk from the house. We easily rode the bikes to Publix for a few items.
Cons:
The guest house felt humid all the time. The air in the guest house wouldn’t go down past 70. We were very hot at night sleeping in there. The guest house smelled musty. The beds are pretty firm. Also, the key pad for the guest house was difficult to operate. Half the numbers wouldn’t beep when you push them, so you had to keep pushing that one number until it beeped. Took 47 tries before we ever figured it out. I did call the help desk for the issue and they were very nice and responsive.

Great place to stay! It was immaculately clean and looked just like pics. It was so close to town center. Unfortunately, stove was not working but they let us know in advance. We plan on coming back next year!

The house was absolutely stunning . I loved how they kept the classic vibe of the house . the view was absolutely unbelievable. it had everything we needed . Food restaurants shopping within walking distance and a grocery store within 5 minutes . We'll definitely be returning to this house next year . out of all the vacations we've done even out of the country this was by far the best . the ocean was thr cleanest and most Beautiful.

Location, location, location. This compound is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to Seaside. 10 minute walk to Water Color. Right on the beach. The public walkway to the beach was one house over. Plenty of options for beach chair and umbrella rental just like at Seaside. The patio overlooking the beach is unique. At night you can watch the sun go down or see an occasional storm pass through. In the morning and during the day, you can occasionally see dolphins passing through.
We booked next year’s stay before we left. Thank you!

Worth. Every. Penny. This house was so clean with priceless views and a location that can’t be beat. It can accommodate a lot of people with large living and dining spaces. I underestimated the value of a bathroom for each bedroom! RealJoy provided the best communication I have ever had with a rental and addressed any issues with promptness and courtesy. The quiet beach, easy beach access, 6 bikes, an easy walk to the town square, a clean gas grill, a fridge with an ice machine in the door, the view and easy parking are just a few of the many things I loved about this house! Did I mention the 60’s charm and the butterflies? This was more money than we wanted to spend, but I’m glad we did!

That was such an amazing place!!! We loved the genuine/charming details of the original house! It’s clean as can be and decorated so cool, classy and fun! Not sure how it can appeal to so many people with different tastes… but it did. Loved the ocean views from the dining room and porch!! Missing those already. Also- we were very pleased with the walking distance to the town center and to the beach. We loved it all.

great, but - there are 3 locked doors and we received only 2 door codes. - ice dispenser broken and far too slow for 16 people. ice trays in second fridge would help. - renters should know there's no garbage pick-up on Mondays out of season. - light above DR table is out.

Please accept our apology for the ice dispenser not working properly. Extra ice trays have been added and the inspector has reported that the ice maker is working. Normally trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays year-round. We also have someone pick trash up on Saturdays, when someone is checking in. The light above the dining table has been replaced. We had such an amazing time at your property !! It is so convenient to the center of Seaside and has a beach access right next door. You can’t get any better than this staring out at the ocean from your back patio and living room. The house is so comfortable and has everything one could need. Would definitely stay there again. Location was easy walking distance from seaside and beach location was away from the Condos toward Seagrove which means less people on beach in front of the house. The house had great views which never got old. The house is mostly untouched since the 60s when it was built with cool floors and walls and retro furniture. It is not super fancy but we really enjoyed the home and the kids enjoyed having their house in the annex. Again just a great location. We have been to this area several times and we liked this location.
