Loved the neighborhood, the golf cart was a huge hit with the kiddos & getting to the warf. Not too far from the beach and loved the bedroom with 3 twin beds side by side for the kids too. Good place for a family with kids.

Loved the house would stay again. Extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice and to have the option to check in a little earlier would have been great. Otherwise would stay again!

This house was perfect! We had 6 adults and a baby and it accommodated us very well. The beach club resort was gorgeous and offered so many amenities. The golf cart was a wonderful way to get around and explore!

The place was amazing. It was beautiful with great updates and lots of space. It was easy to get into and the house was incredibly clean and spotless. Everything worked and the golf cart was definitely a needed bonus! We would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to be near the beach and spend quality time with family. Golf cart was a great bonus as it was easy to tool around the San Destin area on. Kids loved their daily ride to the beach on it. I did not take the time to ask them, but the hose was not there to wash our sandy beach toys. This wasn’t much of an issue. The rooms were comfortable, , furniture and beds were comfy, and ac kept the place nice and cool. Another bonus was that it was close to the pool for an after beach dip, and so many activities to do close by. The Baytowne Wharf fireworks for the 4th celebration was fantastic. Thanks!!!!!

At first I was regretting renting this home. I felt like I was paying out a lot of money then on top of that I needed to pay additional money for the golf cart rental. I expressed my frustration but Real Joy though responded kindly. Then at the last minute the other family that was coming had a health emergency and canceled on me only leaving me more frustrated ! We have this 3 bedroom home for just 2 people and all I could think about is how I could have saved money by renting something smaller. I knew it was non-refundable - so my husband and myself showed up anyway because I felt I couldn’t afford to ‘waste any more money’ but when we arrived I was so glad I came! The home is more beautiful in person! The chef kitchen- amazing! We loved everything about this home! Lots of amenities.. we never even occupied the other bedrooms since our other guests never came,but they were very beautiful! We most definitely will stay here again ( hopefully the next time the other rooms get used :)

Great place to stay with family. The house was set up nicely for two familys. High ceilings and open living concept made the house feel very spacious. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The 6 seat golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and fun spots for the kids while other members visited restaurants and malls. There were many things to do for all ages including a free concert, fireworks, and deep sea fishing. The area was peaceful, clean, well maintained and they picked up trash every day. We believe this was the best vacation we have experienced. Thank you, Airbnb, and RealJoy, we will be back.

This is absolutely a beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and well maintained beach and golf resort. Our family definitely felt right at home and made great use of the golf cart and bikes. The kitchen is fully equipped but could use spatulas, none found. The floating shelves and cabinets are high and may be a challenge if short. House was very clean and Real Joy was extremely responsive after we reported finding an uninvited guest (palmetto bug). The resort is gorgeous and offers many amenities but if booking through Airbnb your use is limited and subjected to paying a higher fee for renting chairs and umbrella on the beach. The biggest disappointment was the double red flags and closed beaches the last three days of our trip, but we took in shopping, bike rides, and a visit to see the Blue Angels museum in Pensacola less then two hours away. Our family loved the house and trip!

We had the best time! The location is a little tucked away but the golf cart made getting around much easier. The neighborhood is beautiful and has great amenities. Beach access was easy in the golf cart once we found the tunnel. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Communication with real joy was easy and they always responded quickly.

Had a great time at the Bungalo at Baytown. The check in process was easy & we loved the location. The house was clean & had all the essential kitchen items. The beds were comfortable & the place was well decorated. We didn’t go to the beach, so can’t comment on that experience, but hung out at the Wharf & loved the little shops & restaurants there. I definitely recommend staying here & have already booked to stay again. One thing to note- the listing said short walk to the Wharf & Jolee Island but it is more like a 30 min walk. We still loved the location.

Everything was perfect, location is great the only problem is that the address is not accurate you have to go to the main entrance first (200 grand blvd) to get your parking passes. I wish we would’ve known this first we were lost for good 20 minutes. Golf cart was a big plus we would definitely be returning

We loved the area this home was located in. Check in was super easy. It was close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and my favorite Pompano Joe's. The golf cart and bikes were such a great bonus to have to get around especially to the beach. As per the listing this home does not provide any beach toys, chairs, or canopies for the beach so make sure to bring your own or you can buy these things at 2 local Walmart's. They were both fully stocked with all the beach essentials. We can't wait to come back.

There were so many great things about this property. The location is great, but requires the golf cart to reach a lot of places. The bikes were a useful bonus too. They had the best pillows of any place I've stayed in years. Sitting on the porch with the tin roof in the rain was so relaxing. I would stay here again.

We arrived to the spacious & secure vacation spot and the beautiful bungalow was more than we could have asked for.
Plenty of recreational activities within the resort, we never had to leave the surrounding area if driving the golf cart which was part of the luxury accommodations.
The home was cozy, clean and comfortable, the listing is better than described! Close to beaches, restaurants, entertainment and fun! Recommending location to all.

Sandestin is beautiful. The property was even prettier in person. Golf cart and bikes were a wonderful addition. Toliet seats are low. Something to consider if you have bad knees. ( I'm 5'2 and felt it was low. Only one toliet paper per bathroom provided. And no laundry starter. Make sure you pack some. There is a Publix right outside the resort and can be accesed utilizing the golf cart . Very convenient. Customer service was wonderful. Danielle..Stormy ..Jessica and Michelle were all very polite and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely come back.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was lovely, with plenty of room for everyone. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is great, a close drive/gulf cart ride to everything. The kitchen is well equipped but bring essentials like oil, salt and sugar. We will be back!

This place was so lovely. Just remember to get everything you need for cooking, such as salt and pepper. Having access to a golf cart was a huge plus. The inside is stunning and the porch is relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet.
The host did a great job of communicating everything beforehand so we didn’t have any issues getting in or leaving.
They also left me a note and a complimentary bottle of wine which was a super nice touch !
