Our stay was once again perfect at this beautiful home. We have been very fortunate to stay in this home two years in a row. Hopefully, we’ll get to stay there again. The home is also in a wonderful neighborhood.

Very good condition, very clean. Spacious. No bikes or gold cart. Many properties provide these and are cheaper than this house. I found this out after I paid for this house.

The property was nice overall. We would definitely stay here again! It is located in Highland Park. There is a great pool that we had access to. That was a nice addition when we wanted out of the sand! One downside, however, was the overall cleanliness. It was nice, clean enough, and kept up well. However, we found wrappers under furniture, there was dust buildup on some of the light switches, and some of the kitchen gadgets were not clean and had residue from the previous tenants. Overall, a nice stay though!

The house was beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, and clean! The pool was lovely. The little walking paths throughout the neighborhood were a fun little bonus as well. Very cute neighborhood! Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The only downside was that it was a little further to the beach than what we expected. A 25 minute walk to the public beach access. It was a very short drive, however the parking lot is small and it was very difficult to ever find parking at the public beach access lot. But - all in all it was a great trip and a wonderful house.

This place was exactly as advertised. The home was clean and very spacious. We contacted the host once about the garbage disposal and they were very prompt with their response. The pool was absolutely awesome! The fact that it was heated was a bonus. We met several other families that were visiting and everyone was nice and very friendly. We didn’t have any trouble navigating the area. It would have been nice to have access to the golf cart but we managed without it. Overall, we had a great time and are already planning a return trip!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brown Eyed Girls. The house was super clean and the neighborhood pool was great. The house is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away. The host was very responsive and accommodating to an early check in as well. Such a cute house. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house backs up to a swamp/lake and it was a 10 min walk from the beach and a 15 min drive to Publix or Walmart. We loved how quiet it was at night because of the location. Rent a golf cart or be prepared to drive most places.

Brown eyed girls was a very clean and roomy beach house. Large living room, dining, and kitchen areas downstairs with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. Located in Highland Park neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach. Nice community swimming pool a short walk away. Beach access requires a short drive to a public access point..and it is very crowded.

We have been staying in this particular neighborhood for about 4 years, this was our first time in this home. We LOVED it!! Very clean and spacious. All bedrooms were upstairs, which we loved with having young kids. The kitchen was amazing and very large! Quick golf cart drive to the beach and pool (also within walking distance). We would 100% stay at this property again! We highly recommend this neighborhood and home 🙌🏻

We had an amazing time during our recent stay. The house was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The beds and bedding were perfection. There was nothing like relaxing on the multiple porches in the mornings and evenings with the family. The neighborhood was peaceful and the community pool was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Our family of five had a nice time staying at this property. It was very clean (especially important to us during covid). It was stocked with all the basics. There were enough garbage bags and dishwasher detergent to get us started, but we did need to pick up more of those things after a couple of days. There is both a keurig and coffee pot (perhaps helpful to know, so you can bring whichever form of coffee you prefer). The decor was nice, the kitchen and laundry functioned well, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved sitting out on the balcony. There is the upper level balcony, front porch area, and an outdoor area on the back of the house, so there were plenty of options for that. The beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets in the house, but not a big deal. We found driving to blue mountain beach to be the best bet for our family as it is over a mile away. The adults enjoyed walking the path along 30A to the bakery and juice bar (a little less than a mile each way). The pool and hot tub are nice, the water was pretty chilly in April, but a nice area to hang out all the same. We only reached out to the management company once with a small issue, and received a very prompt reply. Thanks for the nice stay!

We are glad that you enjoyed the balconies/porches and the nice neighborhood pool and hot tub and Real Joy was very prompt responding to your small issue. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and dish detergent. Me and my family really enjoyed this getaway. It was everything the we needed. The place was clean and spacious, everyone had space to do all the things that needed. There was no outside noise at night, very peaceful and the beach is literally a couple of minutes away. Great time.
