Bronze Star by the Sea is a lovely 3BR, 2BA cottage, conveniently located in Maravilla Resort, just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The cottage features a spacious living area, 9 foot ceilings, a washer and dryer, and a shaded deck for enjoying the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! Families with children, or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. This cottage sleeps 10 guests comfortably having a guest bedroom with a king bed, a bunkroom with two twin over twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Take a stroll to one of the two pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, basketball and deed beach frontage. No matter what you choose, you are sure to make long-lasting memories at Bronze Star by the Sea.

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Maravilla Cottages within Maravilla Resort offer guests privacy and space, while still allowing access to the fabulous amenities. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool at Maravilla Resort. Plus, another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! You will also love the tennis courts, basketball court and the shuffleboard area. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family of 4 (2 elementary aged kiddos) plus my parents stayed here during our Spring Break week in March 2026. The property has a lot of natural light and photos hold true. The layout worked nicely for our group and we appreciated the size and spaces. Kitchen is nicely stocked. The house location and gated community is very nice. Short walk to the community heated pool and hot tub (3 minutes) as well as to the beach (7 minutes). Property concerns were easy to communicate and handled in a timely manner. I would recommend this rental house and consider renting again in future. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for three adults and two kids! Just a quick walk to the beach, two nice pools, and a fantastic location at a part of the beach that was near great amenities but wasn't too crowded. And there were beach toys and everything you could want for the beach!

We loved our stay in this house! It looked like the pictures and the neighborhood was beautiful. The amenities of the neighborhood were wonderful and the other guests were considerate and friendly. RealJoy responded very quickly with any questions we had. Very easy walk to the beach and pools! Beware of the sprinkler in the lawn when hanging up wet clothes outside. A few things I wanted to mention about the house that’s not listed in the description: - all TVs are Roku TVs (located in every room) - beach toys and 2 beach chairs are at the house - children’s booster seat, plates, and open cups are there - lots of board games We would stay in this house again!

Location was great! Little details that made the stay perfect - hooks for swimsuits in the shower, handheld shower head, tons of games and extras in the closet, all the kitchen utensils and appliances one could need for a great trip! Watch out for the sprinklers in the morning!

This house was fantastic for my family of 5. It is a bit expensive, but it’s located near a lot of things. You will need a vehicle to drive to the places near by. I loved the master bathroom . I loved that the bedrooms was not close together . Everyone had privacy and space . My only complaint was the washer/dryer not working and cox cable and the Realjoy staff was in the house when we weren’t there. I didnt get a notification that the WiFi was out and they were coming.

We had an amazing week renting this beautiful property! Everything as expected, two pools to choose from (and you are closer to the less busy one!).
