This charming 3BR/2.5BA home in Destiny East is situated a short walk or golf cart ride to beach access! Bonaire Retreat features a spacious open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a large, private porch, and gorgeous open sun deck off the master bedroom. The huge King master bedroom has an en suite bath with his and hers sinks, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. There is also bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with twin over full bed with a twin trundle, and a portable Queen bed in the master closet, sleeping a total of 10 guests comfortably. Enjoy the spectacular amenities just steps away at Club Destiny, take the golf cart to the beach, or chill on the serene back deck! You’ll have everything you need and more at Bonaire Retreat!

Gated, upscale Destiny East is a luxurious neighborhood with lush landscaping and an array of amenities. Club Destiny is where you'll find the huge seasonally heated community pool with waterfall. There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court or relax for a show in the clubhouse theater. You can't beat this central Destin location! Walk to Tuscany Italian Bistro or head towards the beach for great seafood at the Crab Trap or Captain Dave's on the Gulf.

Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great experience at this location. Everything was very clean and nice. The only issue I had with my stay was the golf cart deposit. The key broke in the ignition on the cart and it was nothing at fault on my end.. thin keys wear out.. I wasn’t pleased with the delay in me receiving my deposit. The staff was very courteous, but it took days for me to get my deposit.. everything was great!!

Great property and super close to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, that were left in the garage because that helped a lot. A lot of outdoor seating was nice to relax outside. Spacious rooms, large kitchen and dining area. Loved our stay!!

Nice house in a nice gated community close to the ocean. The communication was great. The only issue we had was after our departure we were asked to pay for a small damage to the garage wall that we did not damage. Luckily I had rime stamped pictures from when we first arrived at the house that showed the damage was already there prior to us staying. After showing the pictures of the house when we arrived we were not charged for the damage.

Everything was as advertised. Everything was very clean and cozy. A beautiful family atmosphere. I will definitely be back next year. My kids loved it. wouldn't change a thing, amazing experience. Another important thing is that they always respond very quickly. Each question was answered within seconds. They always try to help as much as possible.

Check In was easy process...9-4 and then stayed and checked out 9-8. Enjoyed the Destin area, the beaches and the home. Compfy beds. Well equipped and other then the stains on furniture and stools at the bar area, Nicely kept home. Close to nice seafood restaurants as well. Didn't use the Gulf cart this trip. Thought it was just the $500 refundable deposit. We're unaware of the $50 per day use. Didn't have that extra in our budget this time around. Perhaps next time we stay with Real Joy as well.

Cooked our own breakfast but the location was great. Quiet gated community was a plus and the golf cart made it so easy to get back and forth from the beach. Would definitely stay here again One of the bedroom doors was hard to open but no biggie
