our time with real joy vacations were in fact a real joy. Everything was as promised everything was seamless. We had no issues the whole time we were there would highly recommend five stars to anyone the views were phenomenal.

first of all, let me say everything was as advertised. The apartment was neat clean. The view was phenomenal. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. My wife raved about the bed said it was the best sleep. She’s had a couple of years. The kitchen was adequately supplied in the location, right off the elevators surprisingly no elevator noise Definitely would stay there again. I give it a five star.

Everything was great. The resort was amazing. You guys did a great job keeping us timely informed on everything. Things like how to check in and what's included and what we'll need. Basically answered all our questions before we had a chance to ask. And the condo was super clean. We loved it!

The condo was very clean and we had everything that we needed to get us going. Not too high in the resort to spend too much time in the elevators nor too close to the pool and the noise.
The pool or elevator were never crowded.
Cold AC and fast WIFI.
Everything was perfect!

When VRBO messed up and lost my reservation they told me to contact Realjoy directly. So I did. They saved my vacation. We were already half way there. They rented me the condo I was trying to rent on VRBO. It was perfect. Clean, very tastefully decorated. Perfect location. Real joy kept in constant contact with me to make sure we had everything we needed and got all our questions answered. All of RealJoy representatives were friendly and handled everything right away. I definitely recommend Realjoy vacations and will use them from now on to book my vacations!

We LOVED our stay here at the Boardwalk. It was perfect and had everything I look for in an Airbnb. Had bunk beds for the kids and a king sized bed for my hubby and I. Loved having a washer & dryer inside our unit! Always comes in handy. They had extra pillows and bath towels. They had little shampoo/conditioner bottles, a couple hand bar soaps, dish soap & dish pods, a paper towel roll, and a couple toilet paper rolls to get you through your stay. We had to buy our own detergent which wasn’t a problem. Also loved that it was right on the beach as well as a bar/food place next to the pool area. Elevators weren’t a problem. Never had to wait super long and we visited during Spring Break. Room is located on the 8th floor and is really close from when you exit the elevators which is nice when you have kids haha. Can’t forget about the view from the balcony. Stunning and will miss it. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the Boardwalk Beach Resort! We definitely want to stay there again in the future. Any staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The condo was exactly as advertised and met our needs well. It was clean and well-stocked with appliances, etc. Our only complaint is the mattress on the king-sized bed. It is EXTREMELY SOFT. So soft that it hurt our backs. After the first night, my husband and I slept on the bunkbeds. If you require a firm mattress, you might want to choose a different condo.

The property was clean. There were a few pre existing damages to coffee table, couch and some other minor things to be aware of. The mattress on the bed was a little soft for my wife and myself. I enjoyed the location being off of the main strip. I only gave the location 4 stars because you will have to fight a lot of traffic to get to some of the other locations of interest. The staff was great and helpful. The hot rubs stay full at the pool, so I was a little disappointed that one of them was broken the entirety of our visit. Even with the few hiccups we had, I would definitely recommend this location.

We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort many times in the past. As always the accommodations were great! We also enjoy the Tiki bar by the pool…they have the BEST food and service. Really no reason to leave the resort if you don’t want to

I have stayed in Panama once before, and honestly didn’t have a good experience. My wife picked this place out and it was so much better. Very secure facility with multiple security personnel on site the entire time. All guests were very laid back and it was not “party central” as I had experienced before. Very much recommend this location to others.

The bed is so comfortable! There is security so we felt safe. It was quiet and relatively private. Great for our family of 4! The downfall is there is no alcohol on the beach or in the pool area in March, which we didn't know. We still had a great time. And if you forget anything, Walmart delivers!

First off, don’t confuse this property with the one next to it with Boardwalk in the name, it doesn’t even compare! This property is top notch head to toe! We couldn’t have asked for a better condominium. Clean, comfortable bed and furniture, perfect view of the entire gulf, close to groceries/necessities, parking on premises and not across the street, gated and well kept by security and a great staff at the tiki bar. We’ve been to PCB several times and will make this condo our go to place from now on! Keep up the great work!

Apartment was very clean and all necessary passes were left for us. We arrived late in the evening and in the morning ready for my first cup of coffee to enjoy on the balcony I got little disappointed. Coffee maker was broken. I contacted the property agent and they had a new coffee maker waiting for me in the apartment. :) I was very happy that my request was not neglected. Thank you. The only thing, microwave, has fan, but there is no duct in the cabinet. While cooking we had to have fan in the living room on and balcony open to allow air flow not to activate smoke alarm. I like cooking. I ended up making more meals that do not require too much cooking and not mess up with A/C when balcony door is open. However, location, location, location! GREAT. Grocery stores and other shopping all very close by. A lot of places to visit around max hour drive. Shell Island is a must see. Will recomend.

The view was amazing. It truly looks like the pictures. I was really glad that they had security checking vehicles when we arrived. Made us feel better about leaving one of our vehicles there while we were out and about. And the bed was amazingly soft! Couch was comfortable as well. Definitely would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Panama! Loved the pool and hot tub access. The property itself was very nice as well. Had very easy access to the beach.

We have been to Panama Every year for the past 3 years and this has by far been our favorite place to stay. VERY kid appropriate. My 2 year old loved the pool area , especially the bigger pool with their 1/2 foot side for the littles. The only complaint I had was the sheets wouldn’t stay on the master bed ? but no big deal. We just moved to the bunk beds! Plenty of bedding! Book it!

This place was in the perfect spot, right on the beach. Restaurants, activities and shopping just minutes away. Or enjoy the bar and grill on property with live music at night to enjoy. The condo was perfect for me and my 2 kids and the property was beautiful. So convenient and had everything we needed for our stay. Property was the perfect size for my family of four. It was adequately stocked with everything u would need. My only less than perfect comment would be the small stackable washer/dryer set. When I’m at the beach we are constantly doing laundry: washing towels, beach attire etc…it could certainly benefit from a fuller sized capacity stackable unit. Otherwise, we loved it and will probably rerun in the future.

This condo was easy to check-in, the pool was nice and beach was easy and quick to get to. The elevators were quick, which I was a concern prior to the trip. The restaurant/bar was delicious. Pool rules are strict, but that is nice so it stays calm during spring break. Thanks for the stay!

So normally we’re not huge fans of Panama City. Mainly because we are so use to staying in Gulf Shores and aren’t familiar with the area, but this time was fantastic. The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family. My little girl loved the bunk beds and the view of the beach. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay again.

This is a beautifully clean condo. It has an amazing golf view! This is one of the best views we’ve ever had while staying at Panama City Beach. The tiki bar, gulf front restaurant and pool were really amazing!
