Boardwalk is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

We really enjoyed the stay with 4 adults and two kids under 5! There was plenty of space and steps away from the beach! Has a splash pad for the kids, a pool, a tiki bar, and security for parking. I would recommend this place to family and friends for sure, and we would definitely come back!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful tim! We stayed for a long weekend for my husbands birthday. 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. It’s a short walk to the elevator and to the beach. Everything was clean and nice. We would definitely rent this condo again. The pool makes children age 12 and under get out for the last 10 minutes of every hour. They call it a safety break. It’s no trouble but something you should be aware of.

Perfect condo and view! Everyone there was beyond helpful. Shenita (I think I spelled it right) was a gem. I saw her interact with every guest as if they were family. She would be the reason why we come back.
