Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Boardwalk is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

The listing stated “gym with gulf view” but when we arrived it was permanently closed. So that was the only thing aggravating- also recommended a safety gate for top bunk

The place looked exactly liked the photos! I was a bit concerned about the how frequent the elevators would be available on the higher floors but we experience no issues. Ample towels were provided! Our only concern was the shower not having a door. Being that there wasn't a shower door we experienced water splashing on the floor. I initially thought the shower was a modern design and the floor wouldn't get wet...that wasn't the case. I'd say the floor received about 30٪ of the shower water. Not unbearable, just uncomfortable.

This was a great spot! The unit was clean and spacious with lots of storage spaces. From parking to entering the unit it was very easy. Great parking right in front of the building with access to a parking garage. The unit is right outside of the elevators which made unloading quick and easy. The unit had everything you could need from kitchen utensils to beach supplies. It is a very quiet complex too, even being close to the elevators we did not hear any neighbors. The location is perfect, it is close enough to all of the local restaurants and attractions but still far enough to not be in the congested area. Another plus was the comfortable furniture and great beachy decor. We loved staying here, this was a 5 star spot for us!

Beautiful clean renovated condo. One of the best beach place we have stayed at!

This was a very clean and beautiful updated condo up high on the property with a great balcony looking straight at the beach. Cookware was available. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for kids available. This is not a deal breaker but the property had a gym that was not available to us. We just did our workouts at the beach instead. This is private property so there is no check-in, as it is done online. Unlike what I did, make sure you sign in to your web portal before you come to the property. I did not realize that's where we received your door code. And keep the property management phone number handy as they are very nice and helpful if you run into any issues.
