Wonderful! We had everything we needed and the unit was clean and comfortable with excellent views of the gulf sea and the pools! We would definitely stay here again!

Room was nice and clean, parking stinks as they had the lower parking closed off and several parking spots closed on the upper parking areas. Handicap parking is very limited. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

The room was clean and supplied with all the basic things we’d need and the pool was really nice! The room was a little smaller than I expected and for some reason I thought we had 2 bathrooms, but all was fine and we still enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the condo, the amenities, and the beach. We did find numerous very dirty dishes. We found a frying pan that looked as if it went straight from frying bacon to being put back in the cupboard. Found a coffee cup with mold in the bottom of it. Found numerous cooking utensils with a dried, pancake like substance on them. The dirty dishes is our only complaint. This is especially true since you pay extra money for a cleaning fee. We really enjoyed all else. The price was good and we loved the location. Th condo suited us well.

The code was emailed to me so we didn’t have to keep up with keys. That was very nice. The ocean view was outstanding! The apartment was so clean and very nice! Loved the location because we were close to the zoo, minature golf, fun museums! None

Everything about the property is spot on. Beautiful and will stay here when we come back. Location is great and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen is small but everything worked. My only suggestion would be to get a Keurig coffee maker. Great for a small family of four. Beds are comfortable. Was nice to have a crock pot to let it cook and come in from the beach and dinner was ready.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for my daughter and I if it hadn't been sooooo hot! (outside) lol We really did have a great time. The area that this condo is located in was perfect to do our grocery shopping and dinning. There are probably a few upgrades that could be done, like the patio furniture had some wear and tear on it and the table was coming apart so it had to stay in the same place at all time. For those wanting to stay here, here are a few things that you may wonder so I'm going to help out because I had these same questions! Condo unit DOES have luggage carts which made it very convenient to unload and load your vehicles. Some of the condos offer a free umbrella and chair service, but this one did not. Rented chairs and umbrella for $40/day. Coffee pot is a standard - using the white round filters. Supplies are provided for your condo, but bring extras because they will not last your entire stay. Realjoy Vacations was very helpful in my stay at answering all questions in regards to check in. This condo was the first on your left from the elevator so no need for a long walk. Very quiet unit. If you have a small party staying this condo is perfect. We enjoyed every minute!

I planned a last minute trip with my sister for her 50th bday and everything about the condo was amazing. Such a great location. Central to many good restaurants. The condo was clean and the beds were so comfy. Everything was very clean too. The pool is so nice there too! We loved the owners (RealJoy), they went above and beyond to help make my sister’s 50th amazing (cake and champagne were delivered). Absolutely the best host we have ever had! I have stayed at many condos in PCB but the one knocked it out of the park. We will be back! I loved how close the room was to the elevators (you get off and boom, there is the room) but you don’t hear the elevators at all once in the room. It’s the perfect floor to get the best view of the ocean too. We loved the restaurant and bar on site too. Stay here. You won’t regret it! It’s perfect! Thank you RealJoy for making this such a fun trip for my sister and I! We are truly thankful for all the little and big things you did!

This is a very spacious condo. Great location on the beach. Pool was never too busy and we were able to get chairs all the time. No waiting for the elevators for our time here in October. Great having a washer and dryer in the room. Property manager was in constant contact via text and email. Would definitely rent this condo again.

The check in process was simple, the property was as described, the splash pad and pool area was nicely kept. The only issue was the male pool guard was a horses rear to kids if he thought the parents weren't near. Otherwise, all was very nice.

My experience renting this property was very smooth easy and pleasant. All questions was answered in a timely manner. Loved everything about it. There’s just one thing I would ask to improve though is the bed in the master bedroom it’s very uncomfortable. I will be booking again in the future.

Condo was in a prime location. Property was nice. The only thing I would change is the king size bed in the room was low to the ground and not comfortable. We had a great time on our vacation and had no issues with the condo or management staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with our 2 kids. The staff was very nice, the location was great, and the view was perfect. The room was fairly clean except for dust on end table, doors, and small trash under furniture. Overall, we would choose to stay here again. I would recommend packing extra toilet paper/paper towels for your stay.
