Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath Unit 7 Blue Surf Townhome in Destin, Florida has been completely remodeled: freshly painting in 2021, new kitchen with granite, birch cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and dining furniture; new flat screen TVs in kitchen, both bedrooms and the living room, tile and granite baths--one with walk-in shower, the other with double vanity--new furnishings and decor throughout. Blue Surf is a low-rise complex located in the heart of Miramar Beach, just across the street from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast! Enjoy fabulous community amenities: fenced-in pool, shuffleboard court, and charcoal grilling area! This ideal location is right across from Pompano Joe’s beachfront restaurant and under 3 miles from Silver Sands Outlet Mall & Destin Commons. Area Attractions:
Blue Surf is under 3 miles to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Excellent location and beautiful view.
Plenty of places to walk your dogs, right across from Pompano Joe’s so you don’t have to drive for food/drinks, & the balcony with an ocean view was perfect to watch the sunset. The home was beautifully decorated as well.

WONDERFUL. Place was exactly as described, you can see the ocean from the balcony, clean, less than 2 minute walk to the beach that is just across the street. If you plan on cooking at all there is a great supply of cookware to do so. This place would be great for two couples to stay and have their own privacy.

Great vacation and location

We had a great stay, had everything we needed and very close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach, enjoyed the beach chairs. The weather was not the best for a couple days but would definitely rent again.
