This beautifully updated, 2BR/2BA townhome has stunning Gulf Views from both balconies! The kitchen is well stocked with seating for 6 and a smart TV mounted on the wall. This location also has private FREE WI-FI for faster connection speed. The downstairs master bedroom has a king-size posturpedic mattress and a queen air mattress in the closet, a flat screen TV, and a large closet with a private patio. Upstairs boasts a large living space with a sectional and a 65-inch flat screen smart TV, DVD player, and a queen guest bedroom. Blue Surf 5 sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Blue Surf is a low-rise complex located in the heart of Miramar Beach, just across the street from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast! Blue Surf is under 3 miles to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shops.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The townhome was perfect, it was exactly as described and pictured. Access to the beach was just across the street and there was a crosswalk to get there. We loved everything about this visit! So many places to eat within walking distance, Alvin’s island was walking distance, and there was an ice cream place and coffee within walking distance too! The house was clean, had linens, and towels, and a vacuum and broom for clean up as needed. It was perfect and we will def go back!

This is a great property. Very Clean and updated. Everything in the listing is as listed. The location is amazing. You do have to cross Scenic Gulf Dr but there are so many crosswalks and cars drive very slowly that it isn’t hard to cross and the beach is right there. Loved being close to Pompano Joes. You can walk over while you are at the beach and get a daiquiri or food. We put our name in several nights and then headed to the room to shower. By the time we were all clean our table was ready! Couldn’t ask for a better location. The teenagers loved walking to Alvin’s Island and local shops. There is Bad Ass Coffee and Dairy Queen too! Definitely will be booking this location again.

Location! Location! Location!

We had a delightful stay in Blue Surf #5. It was a last minute booking so we were happy to secure this beautiful property for our spring break. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could ask for. The bathrooms were new and fresh paint throughout. My only disappointment was the dirty carpeted stairs going to the top floor. The furniture in the living area needs to be cleaned as well. The grounds were impeccable and we felt safe at all times. Steps away from the beach with chairs and umbrella waiting for you is hard to beat. The heated pool adds another element of water therapy if you get weary of the beach sounds or need a break from the sand. The balcony allows glorious views of the surf and sea. Honestly, it’s the perfect location for a beach getaway. Harmony management couldn’t have been easier to work with and were so accommodating to us. They have several units at this property to choose from.

Blue Surf no. 5

We’ve stayed in several condos in Blue Surf in the past and we had such a lovely holiday in no. 5 this year. The condo was clean and well maintained and when we had a problem with the shower, Harmony sorted it out immediately. The beach service was included and was invaluable (it’s $60 a day if you pay on the beach !). I’d definitely recommend booking with Harmony and staying here.

Great Location

This was our second stay at Blue Surf and we will stay again. Convenient, close to the beach, Pompano Joes and many other attractions. Property was clean and well-maintained. The staff we interacted with was very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend Blue Surf through VRBO, everything was smooth from check-in to checkout.
