This 1BR/1BA Blue Surf condo has stunning Gulf Views right across from the Beach! Prep dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on your private patio. Our 1-bedroom 16A unit recently went through a major renovation. Freshly painted in 2021, a new stacked washer dryer was added; walk-in shower, new furniture was added, including a king bed in the bedroom, a new sleeper sofa, and 2 new flat screen HDTVs in the living room and bedroom.! With a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this convenient condo can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Blue Surf is a low-rise complex located in the heart of Miramar Beach, just across the street from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast! Enjoy fabulous community amenities: fenced-in pool, shuffleboard court, and charcoal grilling area! This ideal location is right across from Pompano Joeâs beachfront restaurant and under 3 miles from Silver Sands Outlet Mall & Destin Commons. Blue Surf is under 3 miles to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nationâs large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Stayed 4 nights here. Great experience all around. Condo was clean, smelled nice, great location (right across from beach and Pompano Joe's.. a fav restaurant) and was reasonably priced. No, it is not a 5 star accommodation (i.e. it's not oversized or super plush). Furnishings were solid and all functional. Overall, it was exactly what was advertised (maybe even better) and we will definitely return. The fact that they allow pups is a huge plus. Great stay and we'll be back.- Reviewed On: 6/26/2025

We had a great time and extremely reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is that check out time is very early at 9am and check in isnât until 5pm, so you basically pay for a day you canât enjoy the beach on. Vacation Bliss
Absolutely loved this rental. Perfect for the two of us and our fur baby and being one level. Location was awesome for many restaurants and pool right outside off the patio. Beach access was a short stroll and the beach chairs service was A+ every day! Very nice equipped kitchen and having 2 bathroom vanities was nice also. The stay was perfect.- Reviewed On: 9/3/2023
