This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom unit has all the comforts of your new home away from home! With a king size bed in the master, 2 full size beds in the guest room this home sleeps up to 8 guests! This home features a full kitchen, laundry room, and Harbor views from the porch! Enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee from one of the 2 balconies in this fabulous townhome. Enjoy nearby attractions just minutes away such as the Destin Commons, Big Kahuna 's Water Park, mini golf, excellent restaurants, golfing and charter fishing. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Trailers, RV's, boats, and motorcycles are not allowed within Holiday Isle; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. A peninsula surrounded by The Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor, it is a serene, little oasis within the heart of Destin with two and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking. Surrounded by quiet neighborhoods, it is perfect for exploring on a bike ride with the family. It is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Everything was perfect.

Here are pros and cons after our 7day stay.
Pros:
-view of the water from the balconies was nice. Not too much to see but just enough to be grateful you chose a waterfront spot.
-the place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. Really loved the upstairs living area and the accessibility to the kitchen and patio.
-The neighbors were kind and the walk to the beach was short. Love how close the house is to local attractions.
Cons:
- Not much toilet paper, or trash bags for a 7 day stay. Expect to buy some.
-The trash trucks are loud and will definitely wake you in the morning.
-There is cleaning upon checkout, like dishes and trash. Not a biggie for me but my partner didnt like that there was a cleaning fee and we still had to clean.
Overall, loved the place and the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend & stay in the future.

The stay with RealJoy was great. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to the water and great view of the fireworks from the Destin Boardwalk. So many things to do and shopping in just a short drive. I would definitely book with RealJoy again.

Beautiful location with an excellent view.

I loved the location it was so close to everything in Destin. The AC would cut off at night, causing it to be extremely hot when you wake up in the morning.

We loved the place! The beach is in walking distance, local stores are very close, door code didn’t work when we got there, however the number provided got us the correct code in a timely manner, we truly enjoyed our stay and we will be looking forward to coming back out soon.

Our stay was incredible! Everything we needed for our family was there. The townhouse was within decent walking distance to O’Steen beach. It’s was all about location for us and this stay definitely delivered! We would definitely consider returning next year for spring break!
