The house was beautiful! We never visited the pool as the beach was pristine. Getting to the beach was a little more difficult than anticipated as there is no walking access under 1 mile and finding parking spaces was difficult even with a golf cart. We had issues with televisions working, but there was more than enough beauty around to enjoy. Seaside is super close and worth the drive to experience a unique beachside town.

Incredible house and beach. I would definitely go back
The only negative was the way the listing is worded. It appears the golf cart is included, but it isn’t. Golf cart was in great shape and worth the extra $500 I paid to use it. I would have preferred to known that upfront though. We looked through a lot of houses and missed the detail about the golf cart being an extra fee.
Either way it was a 10/10 vacation.

Beautiful property and excellent customer service

Aside from the house, it was perfect, but the golf cart we rented that was at the house was in serious need of maintenance. The brakes were completely shot and DID NOT work, the alignment was way off and the whole golf cart shook like crazy, the 105aH battery wpuldnt last past 3 miles before dropping 25%-35% from a full charge, and only the left blinker worked. The location of the house was perfectly located just down the hill and tucked away in the back cove of the neighborhood. I would definitely rent this place again, but rent my own golf cart.

The house was very spacious, enough room for all 10 of us. The house was pretty clean, we noticed the floors would turn our feet black (as soon as we got there) and other minor maintenance things like stains on the walls, some light bulbs were out . The washer was not usable while we were there due to it being very moldy. They were very quick to respond and sent us a cleaning tablet (even though we had already run cleaning cycles and tried to hand clean some of the mold off). So it was a bummer we weren’t able to wash towels or clothes. The area the house is in was perfect, you can walk to the pool and it is close to other shops. Blue mountain beach access is very small and limited parking so heads up! They had a lot of beach gear in the bathroom closet which was useful.

Realjoy vacations really took care of us from allowing early check in to extremely clean house! They always were just a call or text away whenever we needed anything. I’d highly recommend them for your next stay on highway 30A Florida.

This house was as beautiful as the photos. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Great location. We ate at some great restaurants. I would recommend eating at 3 sons barbaque, Stinky's fish camp, and the local catch. The food was amazing. I also suggest people rent the golf cart. Quick ride to the BEAUTIFUL beach. The only negative is that the WiFi is not very good. We were only able to watch TV at night, maybe once. The neighborhood was very quiet. Also, do not hang towels over the rail as we didn't know, but they put a nice note on your door to let you know the rules. We had a great stay, and we will definitely be back.

This home is absolutely beautiful and so spacious! Love the neighborhood and how peaceful it is, plus it’s very private. The private pool in the neighborhood is a huge plus, my kids loved it and it’s walking distance. Stores and beaches are close by only being about 5 minutes away in a car ride. The house was super clean, with everything you would need to cook there. It was definitely worth every penny we loved everything about it! If you need any help they are very quick with responding back on text messages!

We had a FANTASTIC week at Blue Mountain! The house was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes and cooking supplies. The appliances were clean and modern. The quick drive to the beach was handy. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay while at the beach, and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you for providing a beautiful vacation house for us to create a lifetime of memories!

The home was great, clean and exactly as described! The Highland Parks neighborhood has really gone down hill. The pool area is dirty. The security staff they have at the pool is more worried about hassling guests than cleaning up. She spent the whole time taking on her phone except when she was accusing my kids of “taking pictures of her padlocks.?” Animal poop all over the lookout tower. Trash on the pool deck. Broken hot tub and fire pit. If I were paying that HOA fee, I’d be mad.

the whole stay was awesome. we had a great time the house was clean, orderly, and so welcoming. I only had a few things to contact RealJoy about during the stay, and they always responded within a timely manner.

We loved our stay. The home was super clean and perfect for our group of 6. The location is super convenient and there is a lot around to do. We did not use the golf cart but I can see how it would be nice for the area. There is a beach access less than 5 minutes away by car. We did have one small issue with the washing machine but I was able to reach out and get it taken care of fairly quickly, the communication is great. We had an amazing trip and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was great, the ice maker and freezer malfunctioned and they fixed it right away and even offered to reimburse us if we had lost any food in the freezer. Communication was excellent all around.

This house is phenomenal. Real life is usually smaller than pictures, totally not the case with this house. It is so very spacious. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and more. The golf cart was so much fun. The pool area is amazing. Beach access was very close by. This neighborhood has an HOA, make sure to read rules posted so you don't a run in with them.

This was our first time renting on VRBO and the experience was excellent! Check in was easy and they were quick to respond to our questions ahead of our trip. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was very convenient to take to get breakfast at the Blue Mtn bakery and to go to the beach. Sometimes the golf cart would not charge overnight but it never ran out of charge. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house to friends and hope to go back soon.

This home was big and very open. It was stocked very well. The beds were very comfortable also. The location was great. It was helpful to rent the golf cart to get around. Everything was clean. They do not respond very quickly through Airbnb, but if you call their number directly you will get a faster response if you need anything. Strangely they asked us to sign a rental agreement, which was not mentioned at all on Airbnb. Did not appreciate that. Other than that we had a great experience and I could recommend this place.

House was absolutely amazing and very clean! It was just a short drive to the beach and the golf cart was a necessity! It didn’t charge for us and maintenance came to look and it started charging, but shortly quit and we couldn’t get it to charge correctly following all the directions correctly. The beds were very comfortable but extremely loud! These things don’t bother us, so still 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The public beach we went to was just a short drive. The rental had everything we needed for our group of 6 adults. The beds were quite comfortable.

This home is very well appointed, and the community is fantastic. Highly recommend adding the golf cart to your stay, as it is an easy way to get around the area. Property management was very responsive and helpful. We're already looking for a time when we can go back!

Beautiful, clean, modern house in nice neighborhood. Beach about 1.5 miles away. Nice, electric, 6 seater golf cart available to use if you want for additional fee per day. Nice neighborhood pool available. Would definitely stay here again.
