Blue Mountain Breeze

Excellent property for a large group. Very family friendly. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the extra large dining table area and living room. Had a few issues upon arrival, but property management group was very responsive and got things fixed.

Beautiful house in a great location near the beach! We walked to the beach each day. House supplied beach chairs and wagons which were very helpful since we had five children with us. The bikes were a plus along with the pool which was a perfect size to cool off and relax. We were a party of 12 and this house was perfect for our family!!

Fantastic stay! Always kept me in the loop with the property. We had an issue w a toilet and they sent someone right out. The house was fantastic just the bed downstairs could use an upgrade but that’s it!

The house is older, so don't expect perfection, but it was clean and just right for our family of 13 and dogs. The walk to the beach was VERY easy, and that's from the point of a 65-year old. The pool was amazing, and we appreciated that it was saltwater and there was no strong chlorine smell. We couldn't get the kids out of it! I think my only complaint was the lack of dishtowels and potholders. There are bikes, wagons, pool toys, and plenty of games, puzzles, and books to keep everyone busy. The only irritant, which is neither the fault of the house or the hosts, is the lack of public beach access that Walton County is experiencing. I am afraid people are going to search elsewhere in the future, because we had a very small area to set up at the beach. There was plenty of beach for everyone, but the Private Property signs made the usable beach space very sparse. In conclusion, the house was great, the hosts were wonderful, and we had a wonderful family vacation!

The house was awesome and very spacious. The pool is cool even though we barely used it. The beach is right down the street and that’s what we’re there for. The bathrooms are awesome. Tubs and showers! The owners are very quick to respond and very friendly. We will be back!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Kids really loved the pool. I wish I would have known there were some beach items at the house. I ended up leaving the toys we did buy There were only enough towels for one shower. We were constantly washing towels. I ended up buying more at Walmart, and left them. Other than that, it was a great house with friendly and helpful staff

Our stay was great! The kitchen had more “supplies” than we anticipated, which was nice. The outdoor area could use some clean-up…a leaf blower to clear all the mess from the trees, power wash of the pool furniture and deck.

Overall we had a short but great stay. The location is close to everything (including the beach). The property is a good size for 2 families. The bunk bed in the upstairs hallway was very convenient. The property manager Parker was very helpful and informative when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped - we were even able to bake a cake!

The house is even bigger than it looks in the photos and was very clean. Easy walking distance to the beach. Pool was clean but just a bit smaller than the photos look, but we still enjoyed it thoroughly! We loved that it was pet friendly but the only real negative is there isn’t a great place to walk your dog at the house. However, the sidewalk at the front of the neighborhood was convenient enough. Also, very easy walking distance to some great restaurants.
