The Old Blue Mountain Beach Community is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked in between the tranquil Big Redfish Lake and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Old Blue Mountain Beach community is conveniently located. You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals, and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Blue Mountain Beach and the 30A area so special!

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family (with small kids) had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely phenomenal. It was just as pictured, even as the photos look too good to be true and a little photoshopped.
The location made our beach trip incredibly easy and relaxing. Being able to go from the beach straight back to the Airbnb in just a few steps was a game changer, especially with little ones. The home looks recently renovated, and everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we're down in 30a.- Reviewed On: 7/15/2025

This is the best location and a fabulous please for a small group! Everything is how it is described in the post. The only thing we struggled with is the address that is sent to you is not the correct address and took us to a field. Make sure to view the Google map address once you get condo information link. This is our second time at Blue Mountain Villas and 1st time at 5b. It was BEAUTIFUL and wonderful views. Everything looked new and it was great! BIKES were also included and we enjoyed a bike ride on those! Also included are the beach chairs ans umbrella rental! That is a wonderful perk! . This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Total renovation inside with awesome views of the beach. Steps away from the stairs down to the sand make it so fantastic. Absolutely loved everything about this place — the property, the location, the cleanliness, and the responsiveness were all fantastic! We’ll definitely be back.
