Perched atop a sandy dune, this villa offers breathtaking views of the Gulf's jewel-toned waters. A private staircase from the lawn leads directly to the shoreline, making beach access quick and easy for fun-filled days by the water. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare nice meals while taking in breathtaking views of the Gulf. Step out onto the balcony from the living room to sip your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the horizon. The spacious master suite features a king bed, its own private Gulf-front balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for ultimate comfort. The guest bedroom includes both a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this townhome to sleep up to eight guests comfortably. The Old Blue Mountain Beach Community is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked in between the tranquil Big Redfish Lake and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Old Blue Mountain Beach community is conveniently located. You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals, and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Blue Mountain Beach and the 30A area so special!

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Blue Mountain Villas Unit 5A was wonderful. You could not beat the proximity to the beach and this particular unit was on the corner with extra windows which gave a nice view down the beach. The host RealJoy where easy to communicate with as they were always available when needed. Would highly recommend this particular unit and host.

Stunning views. Looking out from the window, it looks like you’re in the ocean. Super convenient access, right next to the beach entrance gates upon exiting the condo. Parking is convenient with overflow parking. Best place for those with young kids. They offer toys, games, beach stuff, chairs. It is also clean, and checking out is fuss free which is rare these days so I appreciate that. This is my favorite Airbnb in 30A thus far.

This was the most beautiful stay we have had on the beach! I felt like I was on island time the entire time! I could have stayed in the condo from day one to 5!
