Outside, a large covered patio offers a cozy spot for gathering, playing games, or enjoying meals together. A beautiful pool with an expansive deck, complete with a grilling area and hot tub, invites relaxation and fun in the sun.

Parking is convenient with space for 3 vehicles—one in the garage and two in the driveway (please, no parking in the front yard). Access to the garage is provided from inside the house for added ease and security.

Great location within walking distance to beach. The team was easily accessible even prior to our arrival to insure we had a great stay. The house should however improve its kitchen stock of basic seasonings, coffee and such. Also there was no information on listing that told about some of the beach toys, chairs and coolers that were available for our use.

The property was beautiful and as listed. The customer service was responsive and helpful even prior to our arrival when we saw a recent unfavorable review. Each and of my concerns were addressed and I was instructed to call if we had any issues upon check-in. Set up is perfect for large multi-family group. The pool was clean and hot tub was perfect temperature after the warming period. There were also a few beach chairs, shade tent, and a few toys available for our use that wasn’t in the description. My only negative… I would love more pots and pans at a large house bc it was difficult cooking meals with only 1 set of pots. Also there is no stocked coffee or cream. I would definitely rebook this property.

RealJoy was extraordinarily responsive to requests for information - super timely, friendly and informative. We had an issue with the grill not working and I wanted to report it so we didn't get dinged for it. They responded immediately asking if we needed it serviced right away. We did not but appreciated the gesture.
The house was set up perfectly for our large group (6 couples). Very convenient to the beach. Pool was shallow enough to play volleyball. The only negative was the kitchen supplies were extremely limited. We were there for 4 days and had to buy literally everything we needed - coffee filters, extra garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They had one dish towel, one dish rag, one oven mitt. Difficult to deal with when you fly in and have remaining items at the end of the stay.
To be fair, the listing was accurate and didn't say it had these things, but other places we've stayed were a little more supplied.

Excellent property

We were in town for our girls basketball team. They always play in a tournament following the Christmas holidays. Several of the parents stayed together and this was a wonderful place. It was close to many restaurants and the gyms we played at. The house was nicely decorated, beds comfy, bathrooms clean and all accommodations were suitable for long term stays. We will be back. Also, the property management staff is very quick to respond to questions and needs.

This home is perfect for family vacations. So much space to accommodate everyone in the family. We had a very short walk to the beach, restaurants & other activities around the area. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. We will consider this property for future visits to Panama City!

I highly recommend staying at this property. The house is so spacious, clean and close to the beach as we wanted it to be. The house is absolutely beautiful and gives a homey feeling. It very much suited our family vacation needs. I absolutely appreciate the RealJoy representatives. They were quick to reply to all my messages and were very helpful. I would definitely book here again.

Graduation

My family (total of 15) came in for my daughter’s high school graduation. The house was perfect! Two bedrooms on the first floor for my parents & in-laws-again, perfect! There was enough space for us to lounge & hang out together. Loved the back yard w/pool & hot tub. Just loved it. We’d like to come back next summer!

Blue Mermaid

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities and close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay tremendously. There were a few issues with the check in process- we didn't receive any welcome paperwork or the code to the house. We did speak with a representative from RealJoy who got us into the property but it might have been nice to receive information about the house like trash schedule, garage code, wifi password. We had a few issues with the heat of the pool, the hot tub and the outdoor television but the property managers were very communicative and came to our aid. Overall we had a WONDERFUL stay and would absolutely stay there again!!!
