The spacious layout provides multiple areas for everyone to gather while still offering plenty of space. Sleeping arrangements are designed for large groups, with six King bedrooms, a third-floor bedroom featuring two King beds and two Queen beds, and a fourth-floor bedroom with two Queen beds. Additional sleeping space is available with sleeper sofas in the first-floor game room and top-floor living room. Whether you're relaxing by the private heated pool, exploring Rosemary Beach, spending the day at the Gulf, or gathering together for a family meal, Blue Fin offers an exceptional setting for your next luxury 30A getaway.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
