Welcome to Blue Dolphin, a charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse nestled in Sandcastles by the Sea, right in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. This inviting retreat features an airy first-floor living area bathed in natural light, perfect for family gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining table create an ideal setting for culinary adventures and shared meals. Upstairs, unwind in the master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony access, or enjoy the guest bedroom, which includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds—accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink as you watch the sunset, or take advantage of the private courtyard, complete with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Come create unforgettable memories at Blue Dolphin!

Sandcastles by the Sea is a small complex of 14 multi-level townhomes, situated within easy walking distance to public beach access with lifeguards and restrooms. This nicely landscaped property features two decks and a swimming pool for guest use. Sandcastles by the Sea is within walking distance to the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and several other popular 30A restaurants.

Area Attractions:

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great setting at a great price

This was a perfectly sized condo for our family of 5. We were a very short walk from the beach, ice cream shop, and a bakery with amazing coffee, scones, and cinnamon rolls. From this spot we were able to make it to great restaurants and shopping in Destin, Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach, and even Seaside without much time in the car.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed. Deer were coming out on the property every night we were here. ❤️ We rented a golf cart to drive around in and highly recommend that. It was much easier to get around and if you go down to Seaside, they actually have little parking lots for golf carts only. Our only disappointment had nothing to do with the home but the beach access. The resorts have most of the beach access and you only have a small area of public beach. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong staying here! RealJoy was very responsive and continually checked in to make sure we had all we needed and responded to our questions very quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Condo was perfect for the 3 of us and a quick trip. Location was nice, easy walk to the beach and coffee! All beds were comfortable, we did have one issue with the sheets - seemed to be dirty, I will say host was responsive and willing to bring new linens. Overall stay was good. Only recommendations I would give is to bring extra towels, have beach towels and all toiletries with you, this condo does not supply.
